Met all of our expectations and more! Beautiful house right on the canal. Property comes equipped with everything we needed for the beach as well as bikes. Location was great! Owner was super responsive and accommodating. We would definitely return to this property!

This property deserves 5 stars. The house is very well maintained and very well equipped, especially if you travel with small children. Ed, host and owner is always available to answer your questions or any issue that may come up. Pool is pristine and shooing, restaurants , beaches are very close by. Enough towels and linens, comfortable beds and excellent wifi and TV We had two full days of rain so we would suggest to add some board games to the already excellent supplies of bicycles, beach equipment etc.

The house was perfect for our stay. It was fully stocked with anything you can think of including beach items and a binder that has all the information you need for the house and location. The pool was amazing and the location was perfect. The hosts were quick to respond with any questions that we had during our stay. We will be back. 5 stars all around!!!

We made a quick trip to Marco Island for the first time and had a wonderful stay at Ed’s house. He was so responsive to any message and helpful with all questions. The house is stocked with everything you will need and is very clean. The pool is perfect to relax. We will be back again.

This property was excellent! Owner was quick to respond prior to and during our stay. They allowed us to dock our boat at the home. Pool was great. Lots of amenities (Vacation Ready) Sunset on day 1 was outstanding. Thank You Ed!

We were able to enjoy this beautiful home for a 2 week stay. The first week we had 2 small children in our group. The pool was a wonderful warm temperature and there were life jackets and floaties in the garage for the littles to use. The second week we had my 90 year old mother and it worked out well for our all adult group as well.The house was well kept and the gracious hosts gave us good information about how to get around and places to go. There is a grocery store nearby and we were able to make several meals in the equipped kitchen. We did have a car that was needed due to the age of our group. It is a very easy island to get around. The house came well equipped with everything we needed.We had an amazing two week stay.Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

The house is even better than the pictures show! It was super clean and was even ready a little early for us to check in. Edward is a great host, and he was in touch to ensure that all of our expectations were met. The heated pool and dock to fish off of were a real hit with my family. Highly recommend this place.

The property had everything you could ask for. We loved exploring Marco Island on the provided bikes and helmets for the whole family. The beds were comfy and plenty of pillows. The whole property was spotless. If we weren’t on the beautiful beaches of Marco Island then we were in the amazing heated pool. For our adventures exploring the beaches there was lots of sand toys and chairs. We will definitely be booking this house when we come back:)

All the other reviews are correct, this place is great. Family of 5 plus grandma. The pool was used the most, then the bikes. We didn’t use the fishing gear much as they just weren’t biting. Burrowing owls right down the street. Easy access down Winterberry for the beach. We preferred to drive down to the lot near Cape Marco and go to the beach there. Much quieter. Beds were comfortable, Kitchen was well equipped! So nice having a great washer and dryer too. If we come back to Marco Island, we would definitely rent this place again!

This was our 3rd visit to Marco Island and we loved the house. Everything we needed was in the house including towels, toiletries, and kitchen items. We took the bikes out one day and also rented paddle boards one day from Marco Paddles. Mostly we just enjoyed sitting on the deck and being by the pool. The beds were very comfortable and the home was exceptionally clean. It was cooler than normal when we were there but we still enjoyed the heated pool as it is kept at a very enjoyable temperature. We would stay here again.

I have stayed in several VRBO’s and this place tops them all. Plenty of room for our group of four. Pictures are spot on and Ed, the owner, was always available to answer any questions. The house was very clean and having the backyard pool was so relaxing. Restaurants and beach access just a short drive or bike ride. (Garage has several nice bikes as well as all the beach and pool gear you need). It was an added bonus having access to the garage during our stay. Overall a wonderful couple of days in Marco. We will be back.

We (four adult cousins) truly enjoyed our stay at Persian Ct! The property is immaculate and very comfortable. The house is beautiful and the pool and patio so inviting! You have everything you need at your fingertips! Beds were all comfortable, bathrooms clean and well equipped. Access was so easy, and inside was instantly welcoming! The communication with the host was stellar - quick and responsive! We would all go back again and made sure to make a note of the property for our next trip to Marco island and the 10,000 Islands! We all 100% recommend!

We had the best time! Easy check in, great communication with Ed, beautiful house! Clean and ready for us. We fished, biked, and saw a dolphin off the dock! So fun! Can’t wait to go back soon!!

This is a great property on all accounts. Drive/bike to beach, peaceful on the water, clean, with an easy-to-reach and quick-to-respond owner. Ed could quite literally write the book on how to prepare a rental home. We had everything we needed.

Met all of our expectations and more! Beautiful house right on the canal. Property comes equipped with everything we needed for the beach as well as bikes. Location was great! Owner was super responsive and accommodating. We would definitely return to this property!

This property deserves 5 stars. The house is very well maintained and very well equipped, especially if you travel with small children. Ed, host and owner is always available to answer your questions or any issue that may come up. Pool is pristine and shooing, restaurants , beaches are very close by. Enough towels and linens, comfortable beds and excellent wifi and TV We had two full days of rain so we would suggest to add some board games to the already excellent supplies of bicycles, beach equipment etc.

This is the second time we have stayed at Persian Court. It is very convenient, clean and comfortable. The host is extremely responsive. Great place to relax and enjoy each other’s company while having a swim in the heated pool after a day of shelling or enjoying anything else the area has to offer. Neighborhood is quiet but very convenient to many restaurants and shops. We will go back again when we return to Marco!

Great location, beautiful morning views on the water and sunset views in the evening, very clean and well maintained property. The host was extremely prompt to respond to our communications with him. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic time at the house. It was the perfect location and the pool was amazing. The hosts were great. I would highly recommend it.

We love this side of the island as it is quiet and close enough to the beach and parks. The home was nice, organized and everything we needed.

All the other reviews are correct, this place is great. Family of 5 plus grandma. The pool was used the most, then the bikes. We didn’t use the fishing gear much as they just weren’t biting. Burrowing owls right down the street. Easy access down Winterberry for the beach. We preferred to drive down to the lot near Cape Marco and go to the beach there. Much quieter. Beds were comfortable, Kitchen was well equipped! So nice having a great washer and dryer too. If we come back to Marco Island, we would definitely rent this place again!

Really enjoyed our stay. Shopping, dining and beaches all within 10 minutes from the house was a plus. Great time of year to go, driving around the Island was a breeze. The house was very clean and had all the amenities for an enjoyable stay.

Ed and Anna are wonderful hosts. The house was so comfortable and well appointed. It was spotless. The pool was great and we so enjoyed the view across the canal. We watched osprey flying to and from their nests. The sunsets were beautiful. They have thought of everything that you might need on a vacation. There were pool toys for kiddos. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach cart. We enjoyed it so much, we have booked it already for next year. It was so nice to have a garage to use.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed including all of the items you would need for a relaxing day at the beach. The pool was well maintained, and we made great use of the pool and spent a lot of time swimming. The host was very responsive and had information and flyers on things to do on Marco Island. It was a wonderful vacation.
