Great location with scenic views of Dolphin, Manatees, Birds, and we even saw a Coyote across the river. Relaxing to just sit on the deck watching the boats go by or down in the pool. Walking distance to some local restaurants. Comfortably furnished and Quiet. Communication with Darin our host was outstanding. We will definitely consider booking this unit in the future!

This Property is fantastic. Clean and right on the water. We brought our 24ft boat and parked right out on the dock all week. Easy access to the gulf. Seen lots of dolphins and manatees. Resident snook living under the dock too! I particularly loved the rain fall shower! My only critique is to add some pictures on the walls and some more towel hooks in the bathroom. Just a thought. Hope to stay here again in the future.

The unit was recently renovated in very modern all-white with black hardware in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom, as well as with very nice flooring. Lovely. Had a great view of the river and boats from our 2nd floor balcony. Parking was very easy. At the north end in Old Marco but with easy access to everything. Owner was very nice to deal with.

We have stayed at Olde Marco Inn and that is where I thought I booked so when I found out I booked at the the Pavilion I thought Oh No! It was awesome. Clean, everything you would need and awesome view, we were more than happy with the accommodations. We would definitely recommend it.

We have passed by Marco Island on previous vacations, usually on the way somewhere else. This time we decided to stay a few days, and pleased we did. The island is lovely, even though it has very limited access to public beaches. This modern and comfortable end unit is exactly as described. One of 10 condos in a small quiet complex with nice pool and direct waterside view. The condo balcony is a great place to watch the passing boat traffic and dolphins, who were very evident for a couple of days, then absent for a while. Just luck I guess but always a great experience. Marco Island is now definitely on our wish list for a return visit.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for our honeymoon. The condo was very clean and stocked with plenty of linens and towels. There were some beach chairs and coolers to use. The view was amazing! We saw dolphins in the canal everyday! Would definitely stay here again!

We drove there for a scuba diving trip. It was close to the dive shop and close to great restaurants. The condo itself was clean, airy, modern and very spacious with a beautiful view. We had some issues with the WiFi but the owner answered very promptly and the issue was corrected. I would highly recommend it.

Can't say enough good things about this little condo! Clean, well-stocked, comfy bed. and the best little balcony for reading and watching the dolphins and boats in the water. It was also directly across the street from the hotel where my friends' wedding festivities were held, which was an added bonus. I had a couple questions upon arrival and the owner responded almost immediately to both. When I return to Marco Island, this will definitely be the first place I check on to stay. Thanks for a great visit!

Updates in condo are good but the rest is old and outdated. Furniture is worn and dirty. Balcony is dirty. Sliding doors do not open all the way. (Owner did have one fixed while we were there but we had to stay there for an hour and a half while they worked. Bedroom slider is inoperable and therefore a fire hazard if you need to egress from that room. There’s way too many linens and they’re old and stained.

Beautiful condo in a terrific location. We loved the balcony.....saw dolphins on several days. The kitchen and bath were so nice. All very nice and comfortable. Loved our week and hated to say goodbye.

We drove there for a scuba diving trip. It was close to the dive shop and close to great restaurants. The condo itself was clean, airy, modern and very spacious with a beautiful view. We had some issues with the WiFi but the owner answered very promptly and the issue was corrected. I would highly recommend it.

Condo was very clean and updated. Great location. Saw several dolphins while sitting on balcony, and a manatee.

The unit was recently renovated in very modern all-white with black hardware in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom, as well as with very nice flooring. Lovely. Had a great view of the river and boats from our 2nd floor balcony. Parking was very easy. At the north end in Old Marco but with easy access to everything. Owner was very nice to deal with.

Darin was so responsive and made things so easy when we arrived. Condo was clean and met all of our needs. Excellent location. We will be returning!

It‘s beautiful. We had a great time. Apartment, location, host and the view from the balcony with dolphins passing by. It’s perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Very spacious living room area . Bathroom & shower were amazing! The oversized king bed was one of the best & most comfortable I have ever slept on. Entire area was so clean & new!

It was a piece of paradise. Clean, comfortable and quiet. The view was spectacular!!! It looked as good, if not better, than the pictures. Darin wan an awesome host. We will definitely come again!!

Amazing! Stunning views, quiet, relaxing. Love watching the boats and the Dolphins go through the channel. Nice easy walking distance to some nice restaurants. Place was immaculate and Darin was great! Very, very responsive anytime I had a question. Booking our trip for next year already!
