This property is a wonderful place to stay in Marco Island for a getaway for two and provides all the comforts of home on vacation. The host has thought of all the small details to make guests comfortable and relaxed. The property is equipped with high end appliances, everything you might need for the beach and a washer and dryer so you don’t have to go home with wet swimsuits. The attention to small details such as coffee, extra soap and toothpaste and everything you might need to cook made it a relaxing stay. The property is fresh, updated and immaculately clean. The host communicated all the information in an easy way and further details are provided upon check in. The only con we had were that the elevator was out of service in our last day which made check out stressful carrying heavy items down 4 flights of stairs but that was not the hosts fault. You do have to do you own dishes and take out your trash/recycling when you leave which is understandable.

Condo was in a perfect location, short walk to the beach. My sister and I enjoyed the pool too and the surrounding area-very safe to walk in morning and night. Even walked to breakfast one morning! The host was super responsive and provided great recommendations. We would stay here again!

If you don't know this already, location is key on Marco Island, due to very limited public beach access and parking. This condo has the best off-beach location on the island. It is literally right across the street from the centrally-located public beach access. From there, you have easy access to the entire beach. Two beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler are provided. The condo building itself has an elevator, a pool and tennis court. The condo is beautifully decorated in a Florida style. The balcony is huge, although it does look out on a busy street. The condo is large, updated, with huge TVs, and a full kitchen. Also, wonder of wonders, it has a washer and dryer, which many condos do not. This condo is a perfect place to stay in Marco and we would definitely rent it again. Oh, and did I mention that when you walk onto the beach, you are steps away from the tiki bar at JW Marriott. Enjoy!

As advertised. Ed supplied the required gate and room codes just before our trip and responded timely to any of our inquiries. The beach is literally a five minute walk right across the road. Wonderfully located with shops and restaurants minutes away by car but walkable weather permitting. Only suggestion I would have is bring a fan if you don’t want to listen to the ac unit running. Definitely would stay here again but not in the summer as it is way too hot and humid outside in September (cool inside). The outdoor pool was very clean and wonderful respite from the heat when it was too hot to walk to the beach. All the personal care products and coffee supplied. Very clean and perfectly kept. Thank you Ed.

This condo exceeded all our expectations. Incredibly clean, comfortable, and accommodating. Every detail has been considered. Straight across the street from the beach, and even located right at a pedestrian crosswalk— we felt incredibly connected to beach activities. The pool receives afternoon shade, which was a welcomed feature for us when we were ready to take a little break from the sun. I am back home now, of course, but I woke up this morning thinking, “Wow, that condo was just fantastic!”

We just needed a place for a couple of nights and found this which seemed to suit our needs. It has to be one of the most well-equipped properties that we have ever reserved. Everything was updated, functional, super nice layout, huge TV, and I really can't find a single thing that was not great. The building itself is a bit dated and the pool is in the parking lot but we weren't really there for that. Beach access directly across the street which is huge. Thank you for sharing your place

We haven’t been to Marco for 4 years. It was great being in a central location close to fun bars and restaurants. The best part was having beach access right across the street. The heated pool was a plus. Would definitely stay again

Absolutely loved our stay. The condo is beautiful, very clean and stocked with everything you’d need. The location is excellent. Quick and easy walk to the JW and the beach. Highly recommend! We will absolutely be staying here again. Thanks, Ed!!

We really enjoyed the condo. It was so clean, organized and nicely decorated. Stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen and for the beach. Ed was great to work with and communicated quickly when i had question. Check in and check out was simple. I liked that we could walk over to the JW and go to all of their bars and restaurants as well. Great stay , would highly recommend.

I have friends and family that live in Marco Island and I have stayed here so many times, but this is been the best rental that I have stayed in. This property was amazingly clean, well appointed with all the amenities, and close to everything especially the beach. Thank you so much for an amazing stay.

We had a great 3 night stay at this condo. Location was perfect for beach access and the wedding we attended across the street at the JW Marriott. Condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. You will find everything you need whether you are cooking a meal or going to the beach. Host made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

We can't wait to return to Marco. This property is a great location as its right across the street from the public beach walkway. The condo is stocked with everything you could want including a wagon, chairs and coolers for the beach. The place is immaculate. Bed was comfortable, bathroom stocked with plenty of towels. The balcony perfect for morning coffee and breakfast or evening happy hour. Best rental I think we ever had for all the above reasons. Thanks Ed.

The property was in perfect condition - all new!! Clean, well equipped, and beautifully designed interior. The balcony was a great space for relaxing with a morning cup of coffee or an evening dessert watching the sun set over the palm trees on the beach. The location right across from the public beach access could not be any more convenient.

We visited Marco for a weekend getaway and stayed at Ed’s place. The condo is perfect in every aspect. The condo was clean and spacious. It’s directly across from the beach - a short 2-3 min walk. We decided to bring our own beach gear and supplies, but ended up using Ed’s chairs, beach towels, beach wagon, and ice chest because they were better than what we brought! The large king size bed was super comfy. We watched the games on the massive TVs in the condo at night versus going out to watch elsewhere. There were plenty of blankets and towels to use if needed. And all the appliances in the kitchen and laundry room were brand new and worked well. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Also, Ed was so kind and courteous. He even helped us get a slightly earlier check in due to our travel plans. He checked in with us to make sure everything was up to par. And check out was a breeze. 10/10 the best host. We will definitely stay with Ed if we ever venture back to Marco. Thanks for having us!

This property is just as pictured. Very clean, great location and has everything you need! We would love to take our kids back to this area but bummed we won’t be able to utilize this condo for 2. Great stay and hope to be back soon!

Only stayed for one night. Accommodations were lovely, very clean and easy accessibility to apartment. Location was close to everything with direct beach access across the street. Communication with the host appeared to be programmed with automated updates being sent to guests. Once we arrived, we reached out to the host, Ed, in real time without a return response or acknowledgement; not very professional

We arrived at our condo just as Helene was heading up the Florida Gulf coast. Fortunately Marco Island missed the brunt of the storm but a lot of places weren't open so we did spend a lot of time in the condo. The condo was very comfortable, spacious, and very bright and charming, which made it a lot easier to spend more time indoors than we normally would. After 2 days we were finally able to get to the beach and were happy for the close and easy beach access that is located across the street. Our host Ed was very helpful and very responsive to all questions that we had. I would absolutely stay at this condo again and highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting Marco Island.
We arrived at our condo just as Helene was heading up the Florida Gulf coast. Fortunately Marco Island missed the brunt of the storm but a lot of places weren't open so we did spend a lot of time in the condo. The condo was very comfortable, spacious, and very bright and charming, which made it a lot easier to spend more time indoors than we normally would. After 2 days we were finally able to get to the beach and were happy for the close and easy beach access that is located across the street. Our host Ed was very helpful and very responsive to all questions that we had. I would absolutely stay at this condo again and highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting Marco Island.

We really enjoyed the condo. It was so clean, organized and nicely decorated. Stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen and for the beach. Ed was great to work with and communicated quickly when i had question. Check in and check out was simple. I liked that we could walk over to the JW and go to all of their bars and restaurants as well. Great stay , would highly recommend.

Ed was a wonderful host. His communication was prompt and he was very accommodating when our dates changed. The property is very nice and clean and has everything anyone would need. Ed thought of everything from beach towels, beach chairs, a wagon, a cooler, and umbrella along with all the necessities for the kitchen! The location was great! Although there’s not much of a beach view from the balcony it’s a short walk across the street! We were really able to relax during our stay! We would absolutely stay here again!

We haven’t been to Marco for 4 years. It was great being in a central location close to fun bars and restaurants. The best part was having beach access right across the street. The heated pool was a plus. Would definitely stay again

We loved our stay in Ed’s comfortable condo. It was very well stocked with all the necessities and was super clean (I’m a professional housekeeper so trust me it was CLEAN)!! Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a bonus. The location can’t be beat as it’s centrally located on the island and directly across from a public beach access path. The pool was lovely and very quiet during our April visit. We’d highly recommend this property to any small group headed to Marco.

This was the best VRBO that we have ever stayed in. It was obvious there was a lot of care put into everything. There was even a printer! The entire condo looks like it has been upgraded with new tile, new doors, new sinks, etc. Our host was very communicative and the instructions in the condo were very clear. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!
