Newly Renovated Charming Little Leiper's Cottage

The Cottage at Leipers Fork is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The layout was perfect for my husband and me; it felt spacious, and the kitchen is large (for such a small house), and very inviting. We didn't do any real cooking, but we could have, as the kitchen is well stocked, the stove is brand new, and the fridge, also new, is large. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the rural setting very quiet, so we slept well. Our daughter and son-in-law live in Franklin, and it only took about 20 minutes to drive to their house. Leipers Fork itself is charming and only a short drive from the house. (I wouldn't advise walking, as there's no sidewalk, and it's a fairly busy road.) The Cottage is perfect for a couple, or a couple with an older child. It would also work for two couples if they knew each other well. (Personally, I wouldn't be able to share a bathroom with three other people.) The Cottage is lovely and met all our needs. We'd definitely return!

We just needed a spot to stop hallway home from vacation. Didn't realize this was in such a fun area. Restaurants, live music, galleries about half mile down. Too bad we couldn't stay longer.Loved the decor here. As others noted, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Couldn't tell from the pics, but the shower is a large walkin with a curtain. Super clean and had everything we needed.

This cottage was perfect for our stay! Great location for Leipers Fork, Franklin Main Street, Southall Farms and Natchez Trace. The cottage was very comfortable with charming touches throughout. We will definitely stay here again..

Super cute cottage, both charming and intimate. The wood floors looked to be original with character throughout. Very clean and well decorated with quaint functionality!
