Tudo muito mediano. Os poucos pontos fortes são o silêncio, apesar da proximidade da pista do aeroporto e a academia ser melhor do que a a do concorrente do outro lado da rua. No mais, atendimento frio, impessoal e sem sorriso, principalmente do pessoal do café da manhã. Muitos pontos fracos: limpeza do quarto poderia ser mais minuciosa, forte cheiro de mofo no banheiro e, o pior, quando fui usar a escada de incêndio pra descer (estava no primeiro andar), havia restos de comida em pratos no chão com forte cheiro de estragado (risco biológico). O transfer para o aeroporto é insuficiente: somente de hora em hora e quando fui reservar para o dia seguinte durante o check-in, já não havia mais disponibilidade para o meu horário. Café da manhã que não vai além do básico e não há área dedicada a alimentos sem gluten, lactose etc. (outros hotéis na mesma categoria já implementam isso como o Ibis Budget). Resumindo, dada a ampla oferta na mesma faixa de preço na região, não voltaria a me hospedar no Comfort.
