Very nice modern and nicely decorated cabin, but with some awkward attributes. Dining table and chairs tiny. No washer and dryer or dishwasher. So, a stay of more than a few days would not be considered.

The place was cute and very clean the owners were really nice and left a goodie bowl which was sweet. The only bummers were it has an extremely small water heater. They suggest one short shower per hour. Which is a bummer when you're trying to get somewhere. Also the sheets were like sandpaper and the pillows were huge and very heavy and uncomfortable. The bed was comfortable though. If they could correct these couple things it's a gem.

Perfect. The weather was hot & sunny with amazing star gazing and moon rise with cooler evening temps. The views are fantastic and lots of wildlife out & about too. The cabin is incredibly comfortable and the decor is upscale and tranquil. Temperature control is awesome & kept the cabin cool enough in the heat. Kitchen is nicely furnished with everything needed if you bring your own food & do some cooking. The BBQ was great & we used it both nights. The king bed has an incredible mattress that feels like it hugs your body perfectly. The bathroom & shower are just right. We spent most of our time outdoors relaxing in the yard or on the deck. Meteor's and shooting stars were an amazing show and the moonlight on the river was spectacular. TV was enjoyed minimally, but it was nice to have it & be able to stream shows & music. The owner's ensure you can begin to enjoy yourself and relax from the moment you arrive. The snack & beverage gift basket was a treat for sure! We are already looking at our calendar for availability for the next visit.

Perfect little cabin with amazing views! Bed was huge and super comfy, wildlife watching off the deck, close to all kinds of trails and waterfalls. Hosts provide some great personal touches. Highly recommend for a couple, plenty of space.

As advertised, nice 400-square foot cabin, with separate bedroom, bathroom and living space. Full kitchen amenities, nicely appointed decor. Very clean cabin with a thoughtful welcome basket. Nice porch with a view of the Columbia River. Would definitely return!

Small but nice layout so it felt spacious. Full kitchen which is always important to me. (No dishwasher if that matters to you..it didn’t to us). Clean and no scented candles or fake scents which give me headaches. Lots of windows to enjoy the beautiful view. Bright and clean and quick communication with the hosts. A delightful couple of days.

We stayed here while completing a little weekend fieldwork in a nearby forest. The property was easy to find and all of the communication with the hosts was very clear. The property itself is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, smart TV, very comfy bed after a long day of hiking, and the hosts had extra snacks waiting. My only complaint was that the hot water heater is tiny! We were warned ahead of time so it didn't come as a surprise, and I'm sure it's a necessary evil with the size of the cabin. Overall a great place, and I'd love to stay here again the next time I'm working in the area.

This was a great place to stay! Cozy, clean and quiet. Everything was real easy to find and figure out. The weather wasnt the best while I was there, so extra grateful for the beautiful view and comfortable lodgings. I highly recommend. It is conveniently located to many hiking trails. The Columbia River gorge is just so stunning.

Wonderful, clean and cozy. Provided everything we needed. The view was amazing. We wished the weather was warmer so we could sit on the front deck and enjoy the view more. Overall, a great experience, thank you!

My wife and I have stayed here 6 or so times in the past 3 years. We absolutely love the quiet location that is just a couple minutes from town, the spotlessly clean house inside and out, the high quality bed and linens, and all the personal touches Libby does to make it stay awesome. Highly recommend!!

This is a great cabin in a fun area of Washington. We stayed in the same cabin last year and it was the perfect place to come back to after hiking in the area. This year was too hot for hiking so we spent a lot of time on the Stevenson waterfront, and it was so nice to come "home" to the cool, clean cabin. It has everything we need for a fun getaway. The welcome goodies were very appreciated. And Backwoods Brewing was even better than last year. We hope to stay in this cabin again.

It was conveniently located for our hiking and trail running adventures and the town of Stevenson had everything we needed for stocking up on groceries as well as different restaurant options. The cabin was modern and clean and the hosts provided thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. When we pulled into the property, we were greeted by 10 to 15 wild turkeys. It was awesome to see them just walk around the car. When we opened the door to the house it felt like a home. Clean, comfortable and cozy. The views were outstanding. We were blessed to actually run into Libby and Craig at the property. Just two wonderful people. We would stay here every time we visit.

Loved the king size bed and air conditioner! Has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. I would say you need a car to get to the cute, well equipped downtown area. Utilized the deck a ton and enjoyed the deer, turkey, and plethora of other wildlife. Would not be good for work as the internet wasn't super strong and would drop out occasionally, not terrible, just had to log back in.

Nice cozey cabin. Nice quiet area. Distant view of the Columbia river and mountains. A nice basket of treats and a welcome card were left for us. No problems with anything. Bed is very comfortable. Would stay again if returning to the area.

Let’s start with a list of all things we disliked about this property. Now that we got that out of the way, let’s move on to the things that were great: - Location. The property was quiet and out of the way, but easy to find, and within walking distance of Stevenson. The town has a market, a couple of nice places to eat, and some historical markers to take in, along with great windsurfing opportunities for those into the sport. The scenery at and leading to the property was beautiful, even in dreary fall weather. - Cleanliness. The cabin and property were immaculately clean throughout. - Layout. The cabin was cozy and well-furnished. It was clear the owners put effort into anticipating visitors’ needs. To that end, there were handy laminated instructions to help explain the Roku TV, the heater, etc. Furnishings. The bed, couch, fridge, stove, microwave, Keurig machine, etc were all in great shape and in good working order. We also had a nice welcome bucket waiting for us, with snacks and a coupon for a beer tasting in nearby Carson which was well worth the quick drive. We would absolutely stay here again, and we encourage anyone considering it to book now. Overall a great value and a relaxing stay.

Libby & Craig are kind and professional. The cabin is adorable, modern on the inside, and the place is quiet with a pretty view of the mountains. I enjoyed drinking my coffee and my wine on the front porch. I slept so well, and I haven't slept that good in a long time. Bed was comfy, bathroom was clean and completely functional, and I'm so happy that they had a Keurig because I'm such a coffee person! We utilized the kitchen and thoroughly cleaned up. Greeted by a care bowl of snacks and a card at check-in - so sweet. We enjoyed eating at Big River Grill in the little town; seriously, the kindest and most welcoming and hospitable people at that local restaurant (delicious food!). The drive and views throughout Stevenson are breathtaking. The wedding we attended was at Wind Mountain Ranch (Gorge-ous weddings). Overall, a great trip, our first time out west. Phenomenal place to stay. Libby notified us a week in advance of a county-wide scheduled power outage that took place the night before we left, after the wedding. We were asleep the entire time it happened, so we were fine. Libby & Craig provided us with an LED lamp, and I was lucky to run into Craig and meet him when I took a morning walk about the property. I'm saving their cabin to possibly stay again in the future because my husband and I are planning a road trip next year to visit South Dakota, Montana, Colorado, and yes, Washington state! Comfy and cozy stay; attentive owners. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed drinking my coffee and my wine on the front porch. I slept so well, and I haven't slept that good in a long time. Bed was comfy, bathroom was clean and completely functional, and I'm so happy that they had a Keurig because I'm such a coffee person! We utilized the kitchen and thoroughly cleaned up. Greeted by a care bowl of snacks and a card at check-in - so sweet. We enjoyed eating at Big River Grill in the little town; seriously, the kindest and most welcoming and hospitable people at that local restaurant (delicious food!). The drive and views throughout Stevenson are breathtaking. The wedding we attended was at Wind Mountain Ranch (Gorge-ous weddings). Overall, a great trip, our first time out west. Perfect tranquil location, close (about a mile) to Stevenson. Great hosts, they left us a nice welcome basket of goodies and a card with their contact information in case we needed anything. were met Craig upon arrival.

When we pulled into the property, we were greeted by 10 to 15 wild turkeys. It was awesome to see them just walk around the car. When we opened the door to the house it felt like a home. Clean, comfortable and cozy. The views were outstanding. We were blessed to actually run into Libby and Craig at the property. Just two wonderful people. We would stay here every time we visit.

This is a great cabin in a fun area of Washington. We stayed in the same cabin last year and it was the perfect place to come back to after hiking in the area. This year was too hot for hiking so we spent a lot of time on the Stevenson waterfront, and it was so nice to come "home" to the cool, clean cabin. It has everything we need for a fun getaway. The welcome goodies were very appreciated. And Backwoods Brewing was even better than last year. We hope to stay in this cabin again.

The property was quiet and out of the way, but easy to find, and within walking distance of Stevenson. The scenery at and leading to the property was beautiful, even in dreary fall weather. - Cleanliness. The cabin and property were immaculately clean throughout. - Layout. To that end, there were handy laminated instructions to help explain the Roku TV, the heater, etc. Furnishings. This little cabin was perfect for our little getaway! We loved the peaceful setting! Everything was very clean and lovely. Stevenson is minutes away and has a nice grocery store and local restaurants. Great hiking close by - Beacon Rock, Falls Creek Falls, and Wahclella Falls were some we really enjoyed. Being greeted by a thank you note and snacks was a nice touch. One of our favorite VRBOs we've stayed at for sure! Thank you for a great stay!

This was a great place to stay! Cozy, clean and quiet. Everything was real easy to find and figure out. The weather wasnt the best while I was there, so extra grateful for the beautiful view and comfortable lodgings. I highly recommend. It is conveniently located to many hiking trails. The Columbia River gorge is just so stunning.

This place was truly wonderful! It was more than we were expecting. Beautiful, clean and welcoming. It has everything you could want in a gorgeous setting. Deer, turkey and little critters entertained us daily. Close to the small town of Stevenson where you can shop for groceries and just walk down the street and enjoy the quaint town. Very relaxing overall. We plan on returning again. Craig and Libby are wonderful hosts! Ron and Debbie

We checked in a little later then we wanted to, but we did some sightseeing on the way in, as this was the last stay on our honeymoon. We got to the cabin, got in an settled and went to bed.. The next morning we woke up and the view was amazing!!! We spent the day around the cabin, did a load of laundry at the laundromat next to A & J's grocery store ( best store ever ! everyone was so friendly). The cabin was very clean, had everything you needed, the hosts left us a little congratulations card and bowl of snacks, This was the most relaxed we had been in a long time..
