Villa Menorca BAY 4 by Mauter Villas

Sehr guter Service der Agentur Mauter Villas, sehr sauberes Haus, sehr gepflegte Anlage, gute Matratzen, alles vorhanden im Haus was nötig ist, (sogar mehr als in der Beschreibung wie zB ein Bügeleisen) sehr gute Lage, Central und doch auch sehr ruhig, einfacher Check In und Check Out Die Zahlen des Schlüsselfachs sin in der Dunkelheit nicht gut zu erkennen

Very spacious villa and close to a very nice cala as well as to the port. It has a laundary and provided me with the soap and other essencials. Could be better if black out blinds are provided as well as warmer pool. Other than that, it was great and i definitely come back and totally recommended

Ubicación inmejorable, a poco minutos de Sa Caleta, Santandria i de Ciutadella. Casa con todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estada. AACC en todas las estancias. Exterior muy bien cuidado, tanto la piscina como el jardín. Atención muy buena de la agencia, en especial de Joan. Gracias por todo. Poco, quizás para mejorar sería interesante poner un toldo en la zona de la terraza. Y algo más de cubiertos.

The villa was as described and comfortable enough for a short stay. Everything was clean and tidy inside and out. The pool was lovely and much needed but the pool table has seen better days. The villa is quite overlooked by others but as it was quiet this was not a problem. This is a mainly residental area so there are limited facilities in the area. The nearest supermarket is about a 20 minute walk. We did find some nice restaurants also about a 15-20 minute walk away. We had a four night stay which was long enough for what is available in the local area. If you were staying for longer I would recommend hiring a car. there was an issue with the air-conditioning unit in the lounge not working. However, the hosts did try to sort this out but it didn't get resolved while we were there despite two visits from maintenance. Also the third bedroom would benefit from air-conditioning too.
