Our children loved the pool at this apartment, and it’s just a short walk into town. On the down side we had to get a few minor things fixed during our stay (lights & shower) but the management company quickly sorted them out.

Estupenda casa, amplia, limpia, bonita, muy bien equipada y muy cerca del centro de Carvoeiro y su playa. Disfrutamos de la piscina y nos resultó muy cómodo poder aparcar el coche dentro del recinto. La única pega es el lugar donde se ubica la pequeña cama individual; no tiene ventana, es un espacio mínimo y resulta agobiante.
Estupenda casa, amplia, limpia, bonita, muy bien equipada y muy cerca del centro de Carvoeiro y su playa. Disfrutamos de la piscina y nos resultó muy cómodo poder aparcar el coche dentro del recinto. La única pega es el lugar donde se ubica la pequeña cama individual; no tiene ventana, es un espacio mínimo y resulta agobiante.

Second stay at this property and already booked it for 2025. It’s kept immaculately clean by cleaners. The pool is beautiful, and the apartment is absolutely huge, easily fit 7 people. You have your own parking spot which is a must for us as we always hire a car, and so close to the town and beach. I can’t say enough about Elite and their quick response time to any questions or problems you may have. I can’t really see anything that you can improve on. Carry on doing what you do

The apartment was exactly as described and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. A nice surprise was that there were towels to use for showering (and there were more than enough) and then there were other towels that could be brought to the outside poolthe beach. In addition, there were two parasols for the beach that we could borrow which was super useful when we went to the beaches where you couldn’t rent chairs and parasols. The apartment had an iron, an iron table, and a washing machine, which is super useful if you are travelling light and need to wash the few items you have with you. Kathrine was super quick in answering any questions and was really helpful.

A nice surprise was that there were towels to use for showering (and there were more than enough) and then there were other towels that could be brought to the outside poolthe beach. The house is situated in a quiet area a 5 minute walk from the centre of the town. It has a nice size pool in a secluded spot which is a real sun trap. The house it’s self is well equipped and is a very comfortable space. There is a lovely bakery/ cafe next door which is a real treat. I have used this house twice now and would happily do it again.

The apartement was exactly as in the photos & description ! Clean, spacious, well decorated, calm & only a short walk from the centre. Not all the flats were occupied at the beginning of June & the pool area was calm & though unheated was not cold. It was a real bonus, as was the parking. Security is good due to the coded gates & there was a very friendly atmosphere in the small complex. The local Portugese bakery was also a real plus!! We were a mixed group - 2 couples, a sister & a 22 yr old nephew & this accomodation catered for everyone's needs. We had an excellent week & recommend this apartement, Elite Rentals & Carvoeiro !

This property is so close to all the restaurants, bar and beach. Any problems and the management company soon rectify. The pool area is very peaceful with plenty of sunbeds. The bonus this year was holidaying whilst the Carvoeiro black and white festival took place. It was fantastic.

Spacious and well maintained property, convenient for the pretty town of Carvoeira with private parking, shared pool and above best coffee shop/bakery on the Algarve! Includes useful extras like 2 beach umbrellas and plentiful supply of beach towels. Our second stay and won’t be our last 😊

A property in need of some updating, but clean, comfortable and a fabulous location. The cleaners did an excellent job and Elite were very responsive to any issues that arose. Would recommend to families with older children. Deal with difficult residents who make holiday makers lives a misery (one residing owner) and uncomfortable. Ban topless sunbathing, nudity around young children is not acceptable. Allow lilos and balls (in moderation) - at a family property these should be allowed. Clean the pool toilets.

We had a very relaxing holiday with our family in this neat house. A terrace downstairs and a roof terrace with lots of sun. Dining tables and chairs, sunbeds and equipped with every comfort. (BBQ) The beds are quite nice and the surroundings are quiet. Within a minute you are at a good bakery. Restaurants 5-10 minutes walk. For people who are good at none. Visited many beautiful coves, sailed with a boat and to the slides park in Lagoa is great for families with larger children. Lagos is a beautiful little town to wander around. Portugal is welcoming, friendly and they speak good English everywhere. We will definitely come back again.

The apartment is in a nice quiet location just a short walk to the main part of town with a lovely bakery/cafe just a few yards away . It is clean and well equipped and tastefully decorated. I also liked the secure private parking. I would definitely use it again when visiting Carvoeiro.

We always book the same apartment through Elite. Already booked up for next year. Situated just minutes from the town and beach. It’s very spacious and spotless. We had great stay in perfect location. Worked really well with elderly parents able to stay in the double room downstairs to avoid the staircase. Clean and tidy and great communication , we hope to return!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Carvoeiro, la ville et les environs. c'est un bel emplacement pour passer quelques jours et profiter des différents attraits aux alentours de la ville (excursion en bateau à partir de Portimao, visite de Lagos, accès à la plage, visite agrotouristique vers Lagos ou Monchique, balade à Silves, ou encore Albufeira, Faro et tout le reste que nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu le temps de visiter). Le logement dispose de nombreuses pièces et nous avons pu en profiter pleinement sans nous piler sur les pieds à 5 personnes. Il y a des serviettes pour la plage et une cuisine agréable pour cuisiner soi-même. La ville dispose de plusieurs restaurants, bars et cafés.

me and my kids enjoyed the place and the facilities, the pool was nice and we were close to everything on foot. The city is beautiful, albeit too touristy for me. On the other hand in the complex I would take another place a little further away , it was very disturbing the garage door and we could hear the neighbors. But we still enjoyed it.

The apartment had an iron, an iron table, and a washing machine, which is super useful if you are travelling light and need to wash the few items you have with you. Kathrine was super quick in answering any questions and was really helpful.
The apartment was exactly as described and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. A nice surprise was that there were towels to use for showering (and there were more than enough) and then there were other towels that could be brought to the outside poolthe beach. In addition, there were two parasols for the beach that we could borrow which was super useful when we went to the beaches where you couldn’t rent chairs and parasols. This property is so close to all the restaurants, bar and beach. Any problems and the management company soon rectify. The pool area is very peaceful with plenty of sunbeds. The bonus this year was holidaying whilst the Carvoeiro black and white festival took place. It was fantastic.

It is a beautiful and comfortable house in a good location and quiet at the same time. Short walking distance to Carvoeiro beach and all restaurants, cafes and even small supermarket. Nice and helpful host! I recommend this place for your visit to Algarve.

A property in need of some updating, but clean, comfortable and a fabulous location. The cleaners did an excellent job and Elite were very responsive to any issues that arose. Would recommend to families with older children. Deal with difficult residents who make holiday makers lives a misery (one residing owner) and uncomfortable. Ban topless sunbathing, nudity around young children is not acceptable. Allow lilos and balls (in moderation) - at a family property these should be allowed. Clean the pool toilets.

The apartment is in a nice quiet location just a short walk to the main part of town with a lovely bakery/cafe just a few yards away . It is clean and well equipped and tastefully decorated. I also liked the secure private parking. I would definitely use it again when visiting Carvoeiro.

The house is situated in a quiet area a 5 minute walk from the centre of the town. It has a nice size pool in a secluded spot which is a real sun trap. The house it’s self is well equipped and is a very comfortable space. There is a lovely bakery/ cafe next door which is a real treat. I have used this house twice now and would happily do it again.

What a great position to enjoy the town, beach, coastline and the Algarve area. Easy access to Faro Airport. Great range of restaurants with traditional Portuguese hosptitality. Supermarkets well stocked and open long hours for extra convenience. The property was really well resourced, kitchen and dining equipment, linen and towels, outdoor eating area and gorgeous pool. Suited everyones needs.

The apartement was exactly as in the photos & description ! Clean, spacious, well decorated, calm & only a short walk from the centre. Not all the flats were occupied at the beginning of June & the pool area was calm & though unheated was not cold. It was a real bonus, as was the parking. Security is good due to the coded gates & there was a very friendly atmosphere in the small complex. The local Portugese bakery was also a real plus!! We were a mixed group - 2 couples, a sister & a 22 yr old nephew & this accomodation catered for everyone's needs. We had an excellent week & recommend this apartement, Elite Rentals & Carvoeiro !

We had great stay in perfect location. Worked really well with elderly parents able to stay in the double room downstairs to avoid the staircase. Clean and tidy and great communication , we hope to return!

Always stay at outra vez. We have stayed here for six years due to closeness to the town, cleanliness, parking, and it’s huge!!! If we’ve ever had any problems Elite are ALWAYS on hand to fix them. Excellent company

Lovely spacious property with everything you need. Kitchen fully equipped. Lovely sunny terraces. Advertised as sleeps 4 but it could 6 comfortably. Air con in the downstairs bedroom don’t seem to work as well as the others. Slight musty smell in the twin bedroom, perhaps from old furniture and textiles. Updates some furniture may be beneficial.
