Location: Place is well situated in Central Seneca Lake offering access to nearby populated towns such as Penn-Yan, Geneva, and Watkins Glen. Each town offers a great assortments of bars and restaurants, and activities to do. Plus, Dresden is central to many many many wineries. Home: Overall it was a nice stay, the home has a beautiful layout which is why one would book it in the first place. Some of the amenities are a bit run down such as the grill, and fireplace. Neither really work well and/or are dirty and not refreshed prior to every guest. Grill looks like it had never been cleaned or tested for operability. The kitchen is full appointed with everything one need to cook, so this was a good touch. Overall it was a good stay, I would certainly consider highly staying here again if I am in the area.

We are a group of retired friends on a Wine Trip. There were 9 of us. The home was the perfect size. When we encountered some minor issues, they were addressed immediately. I highly recommend and look forward to returning again when the weather allows to be on the deck
