We loved this condo! Such a fun location being walkable to many things! My teenagers loved the freedom to be able to walk around the town and my younger kids loved the pool!

The location was great and very central to everything. Very close to the pool, if the weather allows. Condo was exactly as pictured, with new appliances and comfortable beds. The host was very responsive and prompt to answer questions. No stress parking and elevator use.It was a great place to stay!

Condo was very clean and easily accessible to the beach. Pool area was very nice with plenty of seating. Plenty of room for us and our two kids. Very convienent to have a washer/dryer and dish washer. Also a plus was the detachable shower head in the bathroom was great to have for giving the kids showers. Condo is close to a few restaurants and a little shopping center. The host is very friendly and responsive to messages. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again.

This was the perfect set up for our family. The condo is centrally located, close to grocery and beach stores. The condo itself is updated, roomy and exceptionally clean. Close parking for 2 guests or your golf cart and car. We loved the option of pool or beach as well as stairs or elevator. Highly recommend renting a golf cart to get around, I only drove my car once to South Port. No complaints! Owners were quick to respond and helpful. Thanks again!

The owner was very helpful in providing useful information and responsive. The condo is decorated so cute! They also had games, puzzles and even some legos. The location is excellent…short walk to the beach and several restaurants within walking distance as well. Beds were comfortable. Excellent kitchen space. Pool was huge. The covered parking was really nice too. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a great stay at this condo. The condo is a short and easy walk to the beach and the community pool. The beach is beautiful and quiet. The condo was very clean and well kept. Nathan was a great host and easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful time exploring Oak Island :)

The positives: - Very close to beach access point at SE 58th St- Sleeps a lot of people- Has enough linens and shower towels for everyone- Washer/dryer when you are by the beach is nice to have!The negatives:- I did not expect that we would need to put the linens on the beds upon arrival! Why were the beds made with blankets? This indicated that the beds were ready for sleeping, but then we needed to remove the blankets and put the sheets on!- There are a lot of cleaning instructions to follow, including taking the trash out to the dumpster, taking linens off the beds (after having to put them on yourself at the beginning of your stay), starting a load of laundry before leaving, etc. This is all on top of having a cleaning fee.- There are no toiletries besides antibacterial hand soap. So there is no body wash or shampoo/conditioner in the shower, which seems like a must for a beach location.Comments that did not affect my rating, but something for the hosts to consider:- Though the instructions are to remove all food, it would have been nice if some cooking oil or butter had been left by a previous guest (for frying eggs, etc). - There are no beach items for general use (beach chairs, body boards). Obviously this is not an expectation, I've just stayed at places that provided these for the beach which was nice.

Beautiful condo. The negatives are: A lot of steps. I also felt like the beds should have been made before we arrived. Our granddaughter was asleep and we had to get sheets on the bed to lay her down. Also, the beach is a bit of a walk.

We had the best time! The condo was everything we wanted and more. Exceptionally clean and a very well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable. It was so nice having the linens furnished, too. Close to the beach. Quiet, family friendly atmosphere. We can't say enough good things about this! Owners were very friendly and helpful. We hope to go again soon.

We had a wonderful time for our 4th annual girls trip to Oak Island! The condo was spacious, well maintained, beautifully decorated, well stocked, comfortable and clean! The location was perfect with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Public beach access was just a few steps away! We will definitely be back!!

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Please. Everything was wonderful and the location was great. Very short walk to the beach. The condo was more spacious than we thought it was going to be. It was very clean and had everything we could want. I was a little taken aback that we had to make our own beds. Have never had to do that before that I can recall, but not a huge deal. I definitely recommend!

Our family loved the condo! It was spacious and immaculate. Was a little disappointed that there wasn't an actual sitting balcony but that's on me for not looking at the pictures more closely. It was wonderful having an elevator! Highly recommend.

“Beach Please” far exceeded our expectations for our family beach trip this year. This was our first stay in Oak Island. The place was newly furnished, very spacious, and most importantly very clean. The home owners were very kind and responsive. We would definitely recommend!

The location is well represented and what you see is what you get - large with 2 master bedrooms and attached bathroom. We will certainly stay here again. We had the best time! The condo was everything we wanted and more. Exceptionally clean and a very well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable. It was so nice having the linens furnished, too. Close to the beach. Quiet, family friendly atmosphere. We can't say enough good things about this! Owners were very friendly and helpful. We hope to go again soon.

My husband and I had a great stay at this condo. The condo is a short and easy walk to the beach and the community pool. The beach is beautiful and quiet. The condo was very clean and well kept. Nathan was a great host and easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful time exploring Oak Island :)

This was a perfect destination for me and my Son. We had easy access to the pool and beach. The condo was perfect. My son enjoyed the bunk beds too. Would highly recommend.

We loved this condo! Such a fun location being walkable to many things! My teenagers loved the freedom to be able to walk around the town and my younger kids loved the pool!

The location was great and very central to everything. Very close to the pool, if the weather allows. Condo was exactly as pictured, with new appliances and comfortable beds. The host was very responsive and prompt to answer questions. No stress parking and elevator use.It was a great place to stay!

Beautiful condo. The negatives are: A lot of steps. I also felt like the beds should have been made before we arrived. Our granddaughter was asleep and we had to get sheets on the bed to lay her down. Also, the beach is a bit of a walk.

We had a wonderful time for our 4th annual girls trip to Oak Island! The condo was spacious, well maintained, beautifully decorated, well stocked, comfortable and clean! The location was perfect with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Public beach access was just a few steps away! We will definitely be back!!

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Please. Everything was wonderful and the location was great. Very short walk to the beach. The condo was more spacious than we thought it was going to be. It was very clean and had everything we could want. I was a little taken aback that we had to make our own beds. Have never had to do that before that I can recall, but not a huge deal. I definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay there and had all of the amenities we needed. It was convenient to the beach, restaurants, and other other shops. It was very clean and the kitchen had plentiful dishes, appliances, etc. The host was very easy to reach and helpful in our stay. We would stay there again.
