The unit was exactly as is. New appliances and cute balcony. Would recommend for those who want location to the beach and downtown and other little plazas for shopping and coffee. We absolutely loved our first trip to CB.

We loved this unit, it was clean and very comfortable for two adults and a small dog. The location is excellent, just across the street from the beach. Communication with the hosts was stellar, we had a last minute reservation and our host answered all of questions in a timely manner!!
