Really lovely apartment overlooking the River Tweed, attention to detail is wonderful with lots of useful and pretty touches. Julie is an excellent host and great communicator. The apartment is ideal for two and we also had our wee dog with us…….. So well stocked with just about anything you would ever need! One of the best places we have ever stayed and we would definitely go again, great value for money too ! Peebles is a lovely wee place and the apartment is situated right in the centre with easy access to the Main Street but such a peaceful location looking over the river. Thank you Julie, Lilian and Bryan x

Great location, spotless, very well equipped and well maintained. Easy access and everything was straightfirward to use. The apartment was exactly as depicted on the website. It was very comfortable and cozy. The perfect size for my stay. The kitchen had every gadget you could possibly want or need, and everything was clean, well organized and accessible. The bed was comfortable and the pillows perfect! The host was very helpful and accommodating.

The apartment is in a great location, especially with a dog. Peebles is a very dog friendly place. The proximity to the river is great for walking. The property is extremely well equipped and has a lot of extras including a thoughtful little bowl of chocolates! We all enjoyed our second stay at this property and hope to stay again soon. Thank you Julie for providing us with such a great place to stay.

The apartment was lovely, great location overlooking the river. We had our dog with us, and there was plenty of walks right from the doorstep. Also the area is very dog friendly. We enjoyed sitting at the dining table watching life go by. Extremely well equipped place (we have stayed at places where where there wasn't even any salt and pepper). Overall, a very enjoyable week (the weather was great too), and if we return to Peebles, we will book here again.

Property was exactly as described and location was perfect. Stunning views of the river from the main room & bedroom windows. Well stocked with everything you could need and more. Host was great with communication throughout. Especially great given some circumstances beyond her control!! Would recommend and visit here again. Convenient for the centre and river walks.

There was everything you could need in the property and it was absolutely spotless. It was close to the river and scenic walks and very peaceful given its proximity to the high street. The bed was possibly the comfiest, cosiest Ive ever slept in! Julie was very attentive and allowed me a later check out time as no one else was checking in the same day.

This is a lovely wee flat which is beautifully decorated and clean and tidy, just round the corner from the main street. We took our dog and there are gorgeous walks on the doorstep and lots of dog friendly pubs to enjoy a drink and meal. Peebles is a lovely town and the flat had a wonderful view of the river - I would definitely recommend a stay here.

This is an exceptionally beautiful and comfortable flat. Quality furnishings with lots of extra thoughtful additions to accommodation and facilities. Everything was scrupulously clean. The flat is perfectly located facing the Tweed river with great views from the windows. It is also only a couple of minutes easy walk to the Main Street with many interesting shops. Perfectly located to allow easy travel to other towns and local attractions. The host was just lovely and very helpful. One of the best accommodations I’ve come across.

This apartment is perfectly located, looking over the green to the beautiful River Tweed. The decor is lovely, the bed is comfortable and there is everything you need for your stay. There’s even a secluded garden for fine days. We look forward to our next visit to Peebles and Tweed Green.

This apartment is perfectly located, looking over the green to the beautiful River Tweed. The decor is lovely, the bed is comfortable and there is everything you need for your stay. There’s even a secluded garden for fine days. We look forward to our next visit to Peebles and Tweed Green.

Really lovely apartment overlooking the River Tweed, attention to detail is wonderful with lots of useful and pretty touches. Julie is an excellent host and great communicator. The apartment is ideal for two and we also had our wee dog with us…….. So well stocked with just about anything you would ever need! One of the best places we have ever stayed and we would definitely go again, great value for money too ! Peebles is a lovely wee place and the apartment is situated right in the centre with easy access to the Main Street but such a peaceful location looking over the river. There was everything you could need in the property and it was absolutely spotless. It was close to the river and scenic walks and very peaceful given its proximity to the high street. The bed was possibly the comfiest, cosiest Ive ever slept in! Julie was very attentive and allowed me a later check out time as no one else was checking in the same day.

This is an exceptionally beautiful and comfortable flat. Quality furnishings with lots of extra thoughtful additions to accommodation and facilities. Everything was scrupulously clean. The flat is perfectly located facing the Tweed river with great views from the windows. It is also only a couple of minutes easy walk to the Main Street with many interesting shops. Perfectly located to allow easy travel to other towns and local attractions. The host was just lovely and very helpful. One of the best accommodations I’ve come across.

The apartment is in a great location, especially with a dog. Peebles is a very dog friendly place. The proximity to the river is great for walking. The property is extremely well equipped and has a lot of extras including a thoughtful little bowl of chocolates! We all enjoyed our second stay at this property and hope to stay again soon. The apartment was lovely, great location overlooking the river. We had our dog with us, and there was plenty of walks right from the doorstep. Also the area is very dog friendly. We enjoyed sitting at the dining table watching life go by. Extremely well equipped place (we have stayed at places where where there wasn't even any salt and pepper). Overall, a very enjoyable week (the weather was great too), and if we return to Peebles, we will book here again.

Brilliant flat in an ideal location. I could go walking for miles along the river straight from the property! Well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. Julie was an excellent host and easy to communicate with. Thank you!

This is a wonderful gem of a place to stay. My husband, dog and I stayed for 2 nights and we honestly could find no fault. Everything you could possibly need was provided which was a lovely touch. Even down to being able to grab a cuppa whilst we got our bearings was perfect. The weather was horrible but we felt relaxed and rested which is priceless. Would have loved to have stayed longer so will definitely look to do that in the future. Well done Julie, your home is amazing

Communication with Julie was good. The apartment was great, warm/cosy, comfortable bed with lots of amenities in the kitchen although we ate out mostly.Having the place to ourselves was ideal having brought our dog. The view from sitting at the table was lovely with it being right next to the river and also the walking paths. Would definitely use again, so much better than staying in a hotel.

Great location, spotless, very well equipped and well maintained. Easy access and everything was straightfirward to use.
