Bowerbird Beach Camp Cabin #2

The cabin was nice. The sunsets were beautiful. We couldn’t communicate with anyone or ask questions regarding “where to put the garbage,” and how do we get into the cabin when our code didn’t work. We also thought there was a lodge with food available per the advertising we saw. Also there wasn’t anywhere to plug in our bot and we weren’t sure where to park it.

The beach and clear water were a plus, view of the lake was breathtaking and my little cabin was very comfortable

The sunsets on beautiful Lake of the Woods are amazing. It is rustic, as warned, but I LOVED our little cabin. The water is cold, but I grew up on the US side of this lake so I already knew that. I tried paddleboarding! I watched a how to video first & managed to stand up (after falling in on my first try LOL) & get back on it in chest deep water. Love that they offer free usage of pedal boat, paddleboards, canoes & kayaks. Owner was very friendly & helpful. Restaurants in Sioux Narrows: I recommend Big John's hot hamburger sandwich & The Trailor Carne Asada Empenadas across the road from Gill's. Mom also liked their chicken).
