Modern Farmhouse near DC/Wineries/Hiking/Parks

We've booked this rental two years in a row. We have a large family of hockey fans and we go to the annual Capitals vs Blackhawks game in DC. We first booked this property last spring and we were so happy with it, that we booked again this year. This is the first time we've ever booked the same place twice. This property is beautiful and excellently maintained. The house is huge and impeccably decorated. There is plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and yet it's very cozy. Joshua, the property host, was amazing both years. He's extremely good at getting right back to me, keeping me informed, am answering any questions. I cannot recommend this rental property enough!

Checkout went fine, the house was great, you were very responsive with the CO2 issue. Our concern/issue was the other “guest” that were staying in the shack next to the fire pit. We did not realize we were sharing the property. We thought it would just be you as the care taker. We assumed the “workers” you mentioned on our call would not be there over night. We were caught off guard and did not feel comfortable letting our kids run around while others were around who we knew nothing about. I am not sure there is much more to say but if you feel a call is needed I can talk around 4.

We had an incredible stay at JCS Farms.Beautiful, clean house. Lots of space. The main floor open concept was awesome for our family gathering/celebration. It was an extremely peaceful setting. Star gazing, nature, birds, and the sunrise every morning through the kitchen doors and bedroom windows! Just a fantastic stay and will definitely stay again. Joshua was so kind and helpful!

We so enjoyed our stay at JCS Farms! There were so many great touches geared toward kids and the location and home were beautiful. We will definitely stay here again!

I had a Girl Scout trip planned to D.C.- and although I reserved and paid for a downtown hotel in November, there was somehow a problem with the reservation- this vrbo saved our trip! I was able to coordinate quickly with Josh and he was amazing at getting everything all lined-up for us. I was freaking out- but he put me totally at ease! Literally 24 hours before we got on a train! The property and house are beautiful- and after the stress of driving a 12 person rental van around the city all day(ugh!) it was so nice to come back to the peace of this property! They had everything we needed. Everything was clean and beautiful. The communication made it very easy to understand how to make us happy and how to keep the host happy as well! It is a really beautiful home. We all didn’t want to leave-
