We loved the quiet neighborhood, close to everything we needed. The nearby parks on the Reservoir are a real treat if you enjoy waterfront beauty and peaceful surroundings. The beds were comfortable, the A/C worked well and it was clean. LOVED having a garage to park our car. Would stay there again.

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks at this VRBO for the holidays. I have to say, it’s one of the best!! Well stocked with everything we could need, location was perfect, super clean, very responsive host, TV in every room with Roku availability, big fenced backyard for our small dogs. We were so grateful for a comfortable place to spend the holidays with family.

We enjoyed our short stay, quite very nice place to stay. I will stay again if I come to that area again. The place is well equipped with everything you need. Very clean and up to date. Beds are nice and firm. Wished we could have stayed longer. Close to everything you need. The host was very responsive and answered every question quickly. We didn't lack anything! Check in was super easy. Our host was quick to answer any questions. The house was clean and comfortable with all the linens, dishes, pots, and pans we needed. My husband enjoyed grilliing in the back yard. We all enjoyed evening walks to the Reservoir. Nice location.

Great set up, Well maintained, Super clean, Quiet Neighbors, Large back yard with tall fence and gate, Massive back deck, Full 1 car garage, Feels safe and secure no worries of theft or vandalism of vehicles or property. I wish all rental properties were like this one !!!

The house was very nice. On the surface, the house looked immaculate. The host left candy for the trick or treaters. They were very responsive to all our questions. The bathroom (tub) could use an update. We opened windows and noticed that the sills had not been cleaned in a while. However, we would definitely stay there again without question.

This was my first time to reserve with Vrbo, and the experience was great. The property was very clean and well maintained. The master bedroom/bath suite was spacious with a roomy walk-in closet. The host was courteous and prompt in getting back to me with any questions I had. The location was perfect for our needs, with a Kroger and fast food restaurants nearby and easy access to all the shops and restaurants on Lakeland Drive. We would definitely book a return trip to stay at Cheerfull.

Our stay was very nice. The accommodations were great. The dining table was perfect for our Uno games & dominos. The couch was AMAZINGLY comfortable. We all rested well. I love the large tub in the master bath. The neighborhood was very quiet. Overall it was a perfect weekend getaway.

We drove in from Nevada for our best friends' wedding. The home was in the perfect location and an easy drive to and from the wedding venue. The place was clean and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable (as tired parents who needed sleep, this was a big plus) and I liked having a separate room for our baby girl to sleep in without us disturbing her. The owner was very nice and responsive to messages.

If you want to get away from it all this is the place. Yes it’s in a neighborhood but it’s quiet. I personally couldn’t walk to the parks to go fishing but I drove. It only takes like 2 minutes by car to get there. Everyone was nice.

Check in was super easy. Our host was quick to answer any questions. The house was clean and comfortable with all the linens, dishes, pots, and pans we needed. My husband enjoyed grilliing in the back yard. We all enjoyed evening walks to the Reservoir. Nice location.

We drove in from Nevada for our best friends' wedding. The home was in the perfect location and an easy drive to and from the wedding venue. The place was clean and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable (as tired parents who needed sleep, this was a big plus) and I liked having a separate room for our baby girl to sleep in without us disturbing her. The owner was very nice and responsive to messages.

This was my first time to reserve with Vrbo, and the experience was great. The property was very clean and well maintained. The master bedroom/bath suite was spacious with a roomy walk-in closet. The host was courteous and prompt in getting back to me with any questions I had. The location was perfect for our needs, with a Kroger and fast food restaurants nearby and easy access to all the shops and restaurants on Lakeland Drive. We would definitely book a return trip to stay at Cheerfull.

The property was clean and had everything we needed. The garage parking was an extra bonus. Property was great for a two grandparents, two parents and two small children. Close to grocery store, restaurants and waterfront fun! Definitely would return again.
