Charming studio within walking distance or short commute by Uber to restaurants, Trader Joe’s, and some of D.C.’s best attractions! Apartment was adorable, and just as described. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and overall perfect size for my husband and me during our short stay. The kitchen was well stocked, with fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and other necessities that may be needed. Nolon was an absolute dream to work with. He was always available to answer any questions we had, and we so appreciated his thoughtfulness. We would not hesitate to stay here again, and hope to return one day soon!

Our goal was to stay in DC and be close to the Metro, which was accomplished. With convenient parking on the street combined with a short walk to the Metro (under 15 min) every morning we could be on the Mall in about 30 min. We even stopped at the Eastern Market every morning for pastries and coffee. The main bed was very comfortable, the kids pull out bed was a little squeaky but they never complained. We appreciated the coffee every morning and having a refrigerator to keep our extra beverages cold. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Neighborhood: Good home base for our week touring there with no car. Walked everywhere, a few times took Metro. Pleasant15-min walk to Capitol and Library of Congress. Historic area has nice character, small gardens out front, brick sidewalks, 10-min walk to main street with Eastern Market (wkd street market, restaurants, cafe with yummy pancakes), Trader Joe and Metro. Apartment: Clean, cozy, and well decorated. Kitchen had what we needed for breakfasts and to assemble a few easy dinners from TJs. Comfy sofa and bed (just mind you don't stub your toes as we did on extra bed posts on centers of side rails). TV with Prime and Netflix streaming. Hosts: Prompt and friendly responses to our queries.

Neighborhood was our draw to this property. Clean and comfortable space. We just had a quick stay on our way through town to another destination. Were able to walk to capital hill and local eateries. Check in and out were effortless. Hosts provided great local area guidebook. Parking is on the street, but we were able to find a spot right out front. Parking permit is provided for street options all around.

This is a lovely cosy apartment with a very comfortable bed, excellent shower and in a fab area being in Capital Hill. We were told a parking permit was included with street parking and were a bit concerned that this might not work out but we need not have worried, as we parked 6 spaces from the front door. Restaurants and supermarkets are within 5-10 mins walk away as was the Metro. We walked to the Capital Building in less than 20 minutes and took the Metro for the Mall. The host replies to communications very quickly and they have a guide books and restaurant recommendation in a folder. We will certainly book this again for our next trip to DC as our 4 nights went far too quickly.

My family had a wonderful stay at this quiet, cozy Capitol Hill suite. The space was comfortable, stylish, and well-appointed with everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to ample linens, tv, etc. We appreciated the decorative details (chandelier, wallpaper) and the charming neighborhood of DC rowhouses. The suite is perfectly situated, in walking distance of many great restaurants, shops, Eastern Market, the farmer's market, the Metro, and parks. The street parking was convenient and easy. We look forward to staying here again!

My teenage daughter and I stayed on a quick tourist trip. The location is amazing; parking is lovely; the apartment is straightforward but had everything we needed, and was exceptionally clean. (We did not cook.) The fold-out bed on the couch was comfortable.

Check in was super clear. Parking was easy right in front of the property. Kitchen has most of what you will need for light cooking. Only small negative was the bed is quite small, 2 large people would be a tight squeeze. Lots of entertainment options on TV. Host provides handy guides and maps to Washington. This place is a 10 minute walk to many restaurants and grocery stores. Short drive to Capitol Hill and all the museums.

The property was centrally located. The owner lives above this mother-n-law suite. It became noisy a few times. Their dog is heard quite a bit. When they had company over it was loud in the apt. There are several repairs and updates needed. I wanted to go on back porch but the dog feces was everywhere.

The space was incredibly cute and very clean. Hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.The neighborhood was amazing and a nice 20 minute walk to the Capitol and all the Smithsonian museums. Perfect location for sightseeing around DC.

We loved our stay in this charming apartment! Everything was clean, comfortable, convenient, and the hosts provided ample information we could use to feel like neighborhood locals. We walked to everything - food, coffee, the market, Lincoln Park, and even the baseball stadium. The parking pass was much appreciated so we could drive ourselves and not have to worry about the car once we were there. Thank you Nolon for an amazing experience!

Location was great. Close to food, shopping, and the metro. The neighborhood itself was very walkable and beautiful. Owner was very quick to respond with any questions and everything we needed was easy to find. Check-in was fast and simple. The space itself is actually the owner's basement. It tended to be a bit damp (humidity) but was also very cool and nice since it was hot out while we were visiting. Any sounds from upstairs are heard very clearly, if you're looking for extra quiet this might not be for you. Things did quiet down while we were sleeping however. Would stay again.

Charming studio within walking distance or short commute by Uber to restaurants, Trader Joe’s, and some of D.C.’s best attractions! Apartment was adorable, and just as described. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and overall perfect size for my husband and me during our short stay. The kitchen was well stocked, with fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and other necessities that may be needed. Nolon was an absolute dream to work with. He was always available to answer any questions we had, and we so appreciated his thoughtfulness. We would not hesitate to stay here again, and hope to return one day soon!

Location was great. Close to food, shopping, and the metro. The neighborhood itself was very walkable and beautiful. Owner was very quick to respond with any questions and everything we needed was easy to find. Check-in was fast and simple. The space itself is actually the owner's basement. It tended to be a bit damp (humidity) but was also very cool and nice since it was hot out while we were visiting. Any sounds from upstairs are heard very clearly, if you're looking for extra quiet this might not be for you. Things did quiet down while we were sleeping however. Would stay again.

We loved this space! Just the right size and in a perfect location to be so close to so many things! The hosts were amazing! Excellent communication and everything was just as the description stated. Super comfortable bed!

Great weekend, great location, alot of walking, that's what DC is all about. Nolon was very prompt responding to our inquiries. Parking on the street was not a problem.

We liked how easy it was to get around and experience DC. The accommodations surpassed our expectations and the host was always ready to assist if we had questions. The neighborhood was amazing.

Went to DC for the first time and this location was nice and safe. Didn't book a car, so I walked to Eastern Market, the subway, and all around the Capitol Mall - even walked from the Amtrak station at 11:00pm and 5:00am without issue. Place was well stocked and in a fun neighborhood.

The space was incredibly cute and very clean. Hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.The neighborhood was amazing and a nice 20 minute walk to the Capitol and all the Smithsonian museums. Perfect location for sightseeing around DC.

Our goal was to stay in DC and be close to the Metro, which was accomplished. With convenient parking on the street combined with a short walk to the Metro (under 15 min) every morning we could be on the Mall in about 30 min. We even stopped at the Eastern Market every morning for pastries and coffee. The main bed was very comfortable, the kids pull out bed was a little squeaky but they never complained. We appreciated the coffee every morning and having a refrigerator to keep our extra beverages cold. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Overall great stay. Nice flat 10 min walk to eastern market metro. The area was clean and safe. Kids walked form school by themselves. I would definitely recommend this place.

This is a lovely cosy apartment with a very comfortable bed, excellent shower and in a fab area being in Capital Hill. We were told a parking permit was included with street parking and were a bit concerned that this might not work out but we need not have worried, as we parked 6 spaces from the front door. Restaurants and supermarkets are within 5-10 mins walk away as was the Metro. We walked to the Capital Building in less than 20 minutes and took the Metro for the Mall. The host replies to communications very quickly and they have a guide books and restaurant recommendation in a folder. We will certainly book this again for our next trip to DC as our 4 nights went far too quickly.

This was my first experience with Vrbo. Nolan and Logan were excellent hosts and very accommodating. They answered all our questions and wanted to make sure our stay was enjoyable. I would stay here again

Description was accurate. Very central location. Very picturesque neighboorhood but EXTREMELY LIBERAL WITH THE HATRED TOWARD AMERICA AND THE CURRENT PRESIDENT TANGIBLE. Definitely don't wear any patriotic stuff or you are risking your life. TDS to the extreme in the neighborhood and nobody smiles as you pass by. There are a lot of good places to eat nearby with reasonable prices. The space was very comfortable and kitchen had all the items one would need to cook a meal. The water pressure in the shower was amazing (coming from CA where it just drips out of the showerhead). Extremely strange wallpaper in the bathroom of President Washington with a big white dot in the middle of his face? The towel rack in the shower appeared to have fallen off the wall several times and didn't appear to be adhering to the wall very well. The main bed was an absolutely amazing experience of comfort with fantastic sheets. The pull out sofa is not comfortable and every movement was loud. We did not try the foam mattress that was supplied. My friend said she just slept on the couch and it was more comfortable. The metro is really close but didn't feel didn't feel safe using it after 9pm. We were awake early most mornings so the noise from the children upstairs did not bother us. If you want to sleep in, you might want to take that into consideration. Overall I would highly recommend this place.
