On DCs Doorstep Family Friendly 2 bed Cap Hill Apt - Permit

This is a very nice location for touring the Capital. It’s only a 1/2 mile walk to the Library of Congress and a little under 3/4 mile to Union Station. This lower floor flat has been updated nicely and it was great for our family of five. We truly appreciated the nice teas and coffee that were stocked. The bathroom had plenty of space and the living room / breakfast nook was a relaxing spot. We’d gladly stay here again.

This place was amazing for us. Came for my graduation for Georgetown University with family that have never been to DC. It was spacious, clean, and location was great. Host provided clear instructions and everything you needed was readily available in the house. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting and even book it myself again. Thank you so much!

The only issue was we didn't find the extra towels for a few days. Location location location. It was very convenient once we got the lay of the land. Didn't realize it was a basement unit until we arrived because the address didn't have the "B" designation. But we basically just slept and made coffee there.

Awesome location, super easy to communicate with property management team, lots of close restaurants, comfy beds and linens, well stocked kitchen… perfect two bedroom set up for a couple with a teenager. Would definitely come back. The upstairs has occupants, recommend using the provided white noise machine. It didn’t bother us at all since we up early to go sightseeing. We loved everything about the property!

Perfect location and easy to access Senate offices and the Capitol! We will definitely stay again for future trips. Very family friendly and hosts were excellent!
