This cabin is absolutely perfect. This was exactly what we needed as a little weekend getaway. Perfect for 2 people. Perfect location, quiet and peaceful loved the rustic look. Hot tub and fire pit were a perfect spot for relaxing on the cooler nights. Iron Rail Pub was great for food and the locals were super nice. The hose was very pleasant to deal with answered questions very quickly. Will definitely be booking again here.

We had a wonderful time at this cozy little cabin. It was perfect for the two us and we enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, porch swing and hiking. The owners were very responsive and the cabin was very clean.

The cabin is perfect for 2 people, everything you need is provided. The hottub at night was awesome, under the stars. Lots of good restaurants in the area and within a 30 min. Radius. Highly recommend, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Absolutely beautiful place. Cozy, quiet yet restaurants and stores all within 10 minutes. Susan was a joy to communicate with. The hot tub was a nice touch as well. Highly recommended if you're looking for a get away from the every day hustle.

The Bear Cabin is a such a gem. It was cozy, clean and very comfortable. Great location. Hot tub is a total added bonus. The cabin had everything we could need and restaurants no more than 10-15 mins away. We wish we stayed longer!

Cabin is super cute, super clean, perfect for two people. Host is very responsive and pleasure to talk to. Location is great for relaxing and enjoying peace and quiet. We visited in the winter but would love to come in warmer weather to more enjoy the backyard. Highly recommend.

We wanted a frozen winter adventure in New Hampshire and this cabin was the perfect place to call home for the weekend. I was originally coming by myself, but when two friends said they could join, Susan was wonderfully accommodating and let me adjust my guest count (twice!). Everything was nice and clean, tidy, and we had everything we needed to be cozy and relax after some very strenuous hiking trails. 10/10 would absolutely stay with them again!

This is a beautiful log cabin tucked away in the woods. Close to Woodsville for folks looking for local shopping. The cabin was comfortable, clean, and had everything needed to make my stay there peaceful and enjoyable. The property manager Sue was great! Responsive to questions - she made it easy for me to 'settle in'! I was looking to disconnect, and cycle in the surrounding area - and this cabin did not disappoint. Thanks again to Sue for being such a great host!

The cabin was perfect! Very clean and cozy. Great location for heading in all directions to explore the beauty of New Hampshire! We explored most of our days and coming back to the cabin to relax in the evening on the porch swing while star gazing or kicking back in the recliners. Quiet and peaceful.

This stay was so much fun. The cabin itself is so adorable. Decorated perfectly for a cabin vibe, not too big but not too small, and the hot tub is a perfect touch. It was so clean and welcoming and it is clear these hosts really know what they’re doing. Highly recommend!

A lovely experience. It was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with decent distance from neighbors. Big backyard that was quiet and private enough. Recommend bringing slippers and a robe for the walk to the hot tub on cool nights. Loved the hummingbird feeders and finding all of the different bears throughout the cabin, and the TVs were great - each decently sized with access to Roku, and could easily plug in a console to play games. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for our needs!

We stayed at the cabin for a week this fall just as the leaves were approaching their peak colors, and it was such a relaxing and comfortable place to stay! We loved trying to see all the different bear-themed items and the cabin was thoughtfully appointed with kitchen items, games, and more. Sue's directions were thoughtful and thorough and we felt safe and comfortable the whole time. The outdoor hot tub was such a nice bonus, as well as the fire pit! The location was convenient to a grocery store, gas station, and a couple of local restaurants, and we were able to explore both New Hampshire and Vermont attractions without too long of a drive in either direction (Flume Gorge, Sugarbush Farm, Polly's Pancakes, Vermont Institute of Natural Science, and more!). It was almost good that Haverhill itself didn't have too much going on as it forced us to get out and explore and really make the most of our trip. This was our first extended getaway as a couple and the cabin was the perfect respite where we were so happy to come back to it after a day of adventuring, and also didn't mind staying in and cooking or watching a movie. It was very homey and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. Thank you so much!!

The cabin was just what we were looking for. We wanted a low key couple of days away and everything was perfect. The cabin and everything were perfect. Communication was great and they gave a great recommendation for a place to eat for our anniversary dinner.

This cabin was as advertised. It was a great get away place. It was a good location. It was close to many of the White Mountain parks attractions.
This cabin was as advertised. It was a great get away place. It was a good location. It was close to many of the White Mountain parks attractions.

The cabin exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood was quiet and the house close to Lincoln/N. Woodstock. - we had a fire outside one night but did not have a chance to use the jacuzzi. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was exactly as described. So peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed the location, as well as the home was cozy and just what we needed. Sue and Jeff were very nice and friendly we will be back!

This is a beautiful log cabin tucked away in the woods. Close to Woodsville for folks looking for local shopping. The cabin was comfortable, clean, and had everything needed to make my stay there peaceful and enjoyable. The property manager Sue was great! Responsive to questions - she made it easy for me to 'settle in'! I was looking to disconnect, and cycle in the surrounding area - and this cabin did not disappoint. Thanks again to Sue for being such a great host!

Absolutely beautiful place. Cozy, quiet yet restaurants and stores all within 10 minutes. Susan was a joy to communicate with. The hot tub was a nice touch as well. Highly recommended if you're looking for a get away from the every day hustle.

The cabin was perfect! Very clean and cozy. Great location for heading in all directions to explore the beauty of New Hampshire! We explored most of our days and coming back to the cabin to relax in the evening on the porch swing while star gazing or kicking back in the recliners. Quiet and peaceful.

This cabin is absolutely perfect. This was exactly what we needed as a little weekend getaway. Perfect for 2 people. Perfect location, quiet and peaceful loved the rustic look. Hot tub and fire pit were a perfect spot for relaxing on the cooler nights. Iron Rail Pub was great for food and the locals were super nice. The hose was very pleasant to deal with answered questions very quickly. Will definitely be booking again here.

We stayed at the cabin for a week this fall just as the leaves were approaching their peak colors, and it was such a relaxing and comfortable place to stay! We loved trying to see all the different bear-themed items and the cabin was thoughtfully appointed with kitchen items, games, and more. Sue's directions were thoughtful and thorough and we felt safe and comfortable the whole time. The outdoor hot tub was such a nice bonus, as well as the fire pit! The location was convenient to a grocery store, gas station, and a couple of local restaurants, and we were able to explore both New Hampshire and Vermont attractions without too long of a drive in either direction (Flume Gorge, Sugarbush Farm, Polly's Pancakes, Vermont Institute of Natural Science, and more!). It was almost good that Haverhill itself didn't have too much going on as it forced us to get out and explore and really make the most of our trip. This was our first extended getaway as a couple and the cabin was the perfect respite where we were so happy to come back to it after a day of adventuring, and also didn't mind staying in and cooking or watching a movie. It was very homey and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. Thank you so much!!

The cabin was just what we were looking for. We wanted a low key couple of days away and everything was perfect. The cabin and everything were perfect. Communication was great and they gave a great recommendation for a place to eat for our anniversary dinner.

The cabin is perfect for 2 people, everything you need is provided. The hottub at night was awesome, under the stars. Lots of good restaurants in the area and within a 30 min. Radius. Highly recommend, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The Bear Cabin is a such a gem. It was cozy, clean and very comfortable. Great location. Hot tub is a total added bonus. The cabin had everything we could need and restaurants no more than 10-15 mins away. We wish we stayed longer!

The place was very easy to get to The instructions I got punched into the GPS got me there no problem The cabin is very cozy I wish I could just take it home with me. We really enjoyed our stay there The weather was perfect I couldn't have asked for better weather Friday was a little hot but the rest of the weekend was great there is a lake down the hill Make sure you try it out I definitely would go there again.

Highly recommend this place and hosts. If you are looking for the antidote to MS Teams, staff meetings and monthly progress reports, this is your place. The cabin has a great vibe, and it is wonderfully documented in the guest memory book. The bed is so comfortable and cozy! Enjoyed the hot tub after a 10 mile hike, which I highly recommend!

Everything about this cabin was absolutely perfect. Great location in a private area yet close driving distance to everything you may need. The cabin was clean, cozy, and welcoming. The hot tub was well maintained. The hosts (Sue and Jeff) thought of every possible thing you might need, from entertainment with board games and dvds, to coffee, and extra towels. Our stay was amazing. We are looking forward to renting this cabin again in the future.
