Ótimo custo-benefício. Há poucos metros da estação de trem. Recém reformado. A cozinha conta com poucos utensílios. A cama é ok. O banheiro tem box pequeno, como a maioria dos hotéis da Itália. Quarto grande. Enfim, voltaremos sempre que possível.

Una linda experiencia en este hotel y su ubicación es genial si tu objetivo es viajar por Sicilia. Las instalaciones aceptables, limpias y amplias. Posibilidad de tener habitacion con cocina. Lo que más nos ayudó y es genial es la ubicación. Cerca de la estación central de trenes en Palermo, donde salen trenes a diferentes destinos como Cefalú, cerca de la parada de buses hacia Mondello y también a cómo 10 min caminando a la parada de buses hacia Vito lo Capo. Cerca del centro como a máximo 15 min. caminando donde encuentras restaurantes, bares y diversiones. Lo recomendaría y si volvemos a Palermo con seguridad volveríamos a este lugar

I had a great stay at for two nights earlier this month. What I Loved: Location, Location, Location! The property is right next to the Central Train Station, making it super convenient for travelers. Plus, all the major historical sites are within walking distance. Well-Maintained: The property is clean and well-kept, reflecting good upkeep. Friendly Staff: The reception team was warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. What Could Be Improved: Bathroom Space & Ventilation: The toilet was quite small, and the door didn’t close properly. Additionally, the exhaust fan wasn’t very effective, leading to some lingering odors. Air Conditioning: Unfortunately, the AC wasn’t operational yet. While I was informed that it wasn’t turned on as summer hadn’t officially started, the temperatures already warranted its use. The hotel itself was/is very clean with great personnel.....all friendly and efficient. The train station, bus station, and many nice bars and restaurants are really close by....trains being 100 metres away- so handy if you want to go on day trips.

Staff were very helpful, such as Wenda (Wendy) and Simona at the front desk and Estefania and the lady who speaks English who clean the rooms. The building is old and not at the top condition, but the staff keeps it clean and pleasant. The central train station is a few minutes’ walk, and a supermarket is about 10 minutes’ walk. For the price charged, it’s a great deal. The area around the hotel may not feel comfortable for a woman to walk by herself at night, but ok for a couple.

Location was good. However it can also be noisey for the same reason. En-suite was cramped and let down the overall stay. Staff were always helpful and were definitely the best thing about our stay.

È la terza volta che soggiorno al Giulio Cesare 14 ed è sempre un piacere. L’ambiente è confortevole, rilassante, familiare. Le camere sono ampie e dotate di ogni comfort. Senza contare che la struttura è a due passi dalla stazione dei treni e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Grazie a Francesca e Guenda, le due receptionist, come sempre carine e gentili. Ci tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente.
È la terza volta che soggiorno al Giulio Cesare 14 ed è sempre un piacere. L’ambiente è confortevole, rilassante, familiare. Le camere sono ampie e dotate di ogni comfort. Senza contare che la struttura è a due passi dalla stazione dei treni e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Grazie a Francesca e Guenda, le due receptionist, come sempre carine e gentili. Ci tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente.

Location was good. However it can also be noisey for the same reason. En-suite was cramped and let down the overall stay. Staff were always helpful and were definitely the best thing about our stay.

Great stay. We arrived to a warm greeting after a much delayed train trip. Reception gave us good advice on places to visit, eat, get groceries. I left my ipad behind and they contacted me immediately so I hadn't left the station. Great service.

The hotel itself was/is very clean with great personnel.....all friendly and efficient. The train station, bus station, and many nice bars and restaurants are really close by....trains being 100 metres away- so handy if you want to go on day trips.

Staff were very helpful, such as Wenda (Wendy) and Simona at the front desk and Estefania and the lady who speaks English who clean the rooms. The building is old and not at the top condition, but the staff keeps it clean and pleasant. The central train station is a few minutes’ walk, and a supermarket is about 10 minutes’ walk. For the price charged, it’s a great deal. The area around the hotel may not feel comfortable for a woman to walk by herself at night, but ok for a couple.

This property was very close to the train station, which is exactly what I was looking for. The area noisy during the day as it is a hot transit hub. It gets quiet in the evening allowing for rest. The hotel was under renovation, but the construction noise was very low and did not distrub my trip. It met all my needs.

I had a great stay at for two nights earlier this month. What I Loved: Location, Location, Location! The property is right next to the Central Train Station, making it super convenient for travelers. Plus, all the major historical sites are within walking distance. Well-Maintained: The property is clean and well-kept, reflecting good upkeep. Friendly Staff: The reception team was warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. What Could Be Improved: Bathroom Space & Ventilation: The toilet was quite small, and the door didn’t close properly. Una linda experiencia en este hotel y su ubicación es genial si tu objetivo es viajar por Sicilia. Las instalaciones aceptables, limpias y amplias. Posibilidad de tener habitacion con cocina. Lo que más nos ayudó y es genial es la ubicación. Cerca de la estación central de trenes en Palermo, donde salen trenes a diferentes destinos como Cefalú, cerca de la parada de buses hacia Mondello y también a cómo 10 min caminando a la parada de buses hacia Vito lo Capo. Cerca del centro como a máximo 15 min. caminando donde encuentras restaurantes, bares y diversiones. Lo recomendaría y si volvemos a Palermo con seguridad volveríamos a este lugar

Bra utrustning i köket, rent rym. lite hårda sängar, inget fönster( de var skyddsfilm över fönsterna men det berodde nog på att den utsikten var mot en skruttig gränd) lite slitet rum, meb trevlig personal o h bra läge för att ta sig runt i stan.

Clean property. The room was loud with outside noise, the window was frosted over so little natural light. Only very basic body wash provided. Would improve the stay if shampoo / conditioner were offered. Especially in the age of light travel

The apartment wasn't very modern, but it was as advertised on the website. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The receptionists spoke good English, so it was easy to communicate with them. They also gave me great recommendations for places to visit and were always happy to answer my questions about the city, its culture, or anything else I wanted to know. The cleaning staff were also friendly and attentive whenever I saw them. The location was great and made it easy to get around the city. Since it's right in the city center, you could sometimes hear ambulances and police cars late at night. That might be a bit annoying if you're a light sleeper, but it didn't bother me. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.
