Large Luxury Gilbert single story home w/3 en suites

It is an incredibly spacious property that is impeccably clean and meticulously decorated and not for wanting any amenities. The location was convenient to amenities like stores, restaurants, etc., yet tucked away in the Oaks that you had a lot of privacy. This is an ideal getaway for multiple couples traveling together or if it is a family vacation. An incredible place to stay.

Host was very responsive. Just a suggestion got guests, it would be nice to have a binder or sheet that shows what everything in the home does like remotes, switches, etc. It is something we have in all of the homes we stay in and is very useful. We appreciated the kind and prompt responses

Kitchen was fully equipped, better than my own! The bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. Bathrooms were supplied with everything including shampoo/conditioner and body wash. There were towels for the hot tub use and also after showers. Games for kids were also available including Pacman machines and foosball. Entertainment was available almost in every room, with large screen TV’s and speakers. The outdoors was nice, clean and quiet. We took advantage of the large grill as well for outdoor cooking. The trash bins were next to the house. There was a nice flow for everything. The house was close to a park with wonderful walking paths. The owner, Magdalena was available and easy to reach and respond with any questions we had. If i go back to Phoenix with family or friends, this is the place i would reach out first.

This is a very nice house, one of the best I have rented in Phoenix. I is huge and comfortable . The backyard is great. We had permission to have a family meal gathering at the house for a funeral and 25 people fit in just wonderfully. I would highly recommend this property.

Temps very hot this week but we enjoyed the house and pool
