The unit flooded to my ankles and they knew this unit flooded and for them not telling me or my husband that this unit can flood all of my belongings where severely damaged I’m currently working with the vrbo manager to help me out

The property was clean and conveniently located for our trip. It was a bonus to have parking available at all times and the communication was excellent with the host. Any questions I had were promptly answered. Overall a great rental property! Thank you!
