It was a clean room, staff was helpful, there was a minor delay in cking in because they were short staffed but I would stay here again

The room was nice but there was no shampoo or conditioner, no soap, not even a paper cup to get a drink of water. There was no breakfast, and it was stated on the website that there was breakfast and there wasn’t any and the ice machine was broke. If you’re not going to provide bathroom toiletries, you need to say that on the website. Also don’t say that you have breakfast and then there is none. I will not be staying here again if I ever come back to Alabama.

Everything about this hotel was outstanding except one thing, I’ll get to it. It is a new, very well maintained property. Front desk and check-in was fine. The room was clean, pleasant smell and very well maintained. It is in a recently developed, upscale area. Lots of new upscale apartments close by with many shopping and dining options within a quick drive. My only complaint was the included breakfast was a single muffin and a cup of coffee. Nothing else, no bagel, toast, cereal, waffle, juice, nothing, not even condiments for the coffee. Great experience tainted by the lack of a basic continental breakfast. If you’re not going to offer it, don’t advertise it.

When I walked in I was waiting for someone to greet me about 10 minutes I walked out to get the rest of my luggage she still wasn’t there waited a few more minutes. She finally came and told us the elevator was not working and our room was on the 3rd floor. She tried to give us a double bed on the 1st floor when our reservation was for a queen. Bad business for the company they could’ve call the people with reservations ahead of time and then we could’ve went somewhere else. Got to the room it was a dead bug hanging from the wall. Bathroom door didn’t want to close it was hard to close it. The bed was squeaking everytime we moved and the pillows were so soft we had to fold them to get comfort. I was traveling to Huntsville/Madison because my sister had surgery and this stay was not pleasant. I was at the hospital all morning and want get some rest but this hotel was not it. The front desk person who I think she was saying she was the DSM need to do better with managing that hotel.
