Modern Apartment in Wymondham

The apartment was very clean. Excellent communication from the host.

The appartment was clean and modern. It was situated next to a very busy roundabout and noise could be heard all night. Also there was a duck pond close by and the ducks were very noisy early in the morning. The beds were also quite uncomfortable.Apart from the lack of sleep we enjoyed our stay.However, when we arrive home I received messages from the host saying that 2 chargers for light bulbs were missing, we hadn’t seen these nor knew what they looked like. Another message said the TV was broken. I found this strange as we had watched it the night before and it was fine. The host then said it had been hit and sent a request for 259 for a new TV!We had definitely not hit it.I am offended that they have accused us of theft, then damaging the TV with no proof. I will not be paying for a TV that we didn’t break, and I wouldn’t book to stay there again.I would warn anyone staying there to take photos or videos before you leave as this could happen to you too!

It was as advertized and met all our needs.

Mattresses were CHEAP, could feel the springs, but they did use mattress covers, beds are veryimportant and I left a message for them. More cups and mugs, as there is a dishwasher! Four is not enough. No leaflets on how to work the microwave!!! Or the oven, as no words, as usual, only signs. What is wrong with manufacturers, like on or off, grill, oven etc. so you need the information booklet. Position good for the town, although noisy road, OK when windows shut. Oh yes, the windows were dirty. The hallways were clean to the entrance to the flats. Nice modern flat, and bathrooms were very good. Showers great. Heating worked very well. Give it 8 out of 10

We booked this apartment as a base for us while attending a family wedding in Wymondham. It was perfectly situated for us. It was very clean, inviting and the host Jasmine was excellent. Thank you!
