Modern Spacious 4BR New Built Retreat ~ Fam&Group

The house was very clean and well stocked. I was pleasantly surprised to find shampoo, conditioner, and soap in both bathrooms. There were also paper towels, dishwaser pods, and dish soap in the kitchen. These are items I've never had provided in any previous rental. The backyard left a lot to be desired. We had hoped the kids could play, but there was a steep grade, and the grass was nothing but weeds and stickers. However, there is a great playground within walking distance of the house.There had been a recent severe storm that had done lots of roof damage throughout the neighborhood. This rental also had roof damage and a bad water leak in the garage ceiling. I messaged to owner to ensure he was aware, but I never got a response from him.The neighborhood feels a little rundown, but the the rise in the cost of everything home and yard maintenance can be a struggle.Overall, I would be willing to stay again.

The property was dirty on the outside and inside. The front bedroom closet smelled of urine. The walls were dirty in spots and the key box was hard to open. The neighbors were rude and tried to be confrontational. The back door looks as it was kicked off the hinges and just pushed back together instead of more enforcing to the door dwelling. Furniture was broken and chairs with wires hanging out. We of course recleaned the inside due to the uncleanliness felt and seen. The remote for the tv was under the bed. When I addressed these issues the host offered to clean again with a message from the cleaning crew but never addressed the other issues. The chairs orange chairs from the pics on website were upside down in the garage, looked as though the legs were broken off. Also the garage was egged with rotten eggs. The carpets needed to be cleaned and shampooed. The best of this stay is we left.

Stay was great! House was clean! Property manager was nice and great with communication! The house smelled like fresh and clean, lemon scent to be exact which I loved! Made me feel confident that the house and been cleaned upon arrival! The only thing is there were small roaches in certain areas of the master bathroom not sure if it was just nature or something else but they were small little critters. Also my property search was Dallas and this property was actually about 45 minutes south of Dallas which made it a bit inconvenient for our travels. Location being clearly stated in title of property would be greatly appreciated. Loved the house and love the pocket area it was in! Thanks again!
