Serene 2B2B 5MIN. DRIVE To ROSE BOWL Stadium

This apartment was disappointing, would not recommend and will not stay again. Coffee maker worked intermittently, then not at all. Stumptown is 2 blocks away! (If you can pay $4 per coffee) Both showers and one bathroom sink do not drain. So if you enjoy standing in a couple of inches of water to shower this place is for you! The flooring throughout seems to have been put down on an improperly prepared cement base. So the flooring is warped, lumpy, and cracked. Dispenser for dish soap is broken, there was a disgusting sponge left to use. (I found newer ones in the cabinets near laundry) Overall was more “worn” than the pictures show. Outside of building is very ragged. Not the hosts fault, but: After our instructions were extremely strict regarding noise, the neighbors next door (next property) were loud late into the night with a backyard party, and the neighbors in this building (other renters same host I think?) were also loud through the night. On the positive side: Decent shampoo and soaps provided (Kirkland) Beds were fine and comfortable Keypad door entry was helpful Host provided check in and check out instructions on time

House was put together nicely, had a little problem with bugs inside the house.

If you are visiting family in the Pasadena or Northern LA area, this is a perfect spot for you! The home was very clean, nicely furnished and decorated. The property is close to downtown LA and other parts of Los Angeles. The only downside is that there is no oven in the kitchen to bake things in, just a stovetop. We truly enjoyed our stay here!

The place was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Check in was easy and communication with our host was excellent. Beds were comfortable. We had an enjoyable stay
