Guest Place in Pasadena w/ Private Entrance

We had a wonderful stay in this cute and quiet neighborhood!

The place was filthy, the floor had not been mopped, tere were foods crumbs all over, the smoke detector was chirping the whole time, trash cans were not clean and had something sticky and paper in them. There were stains on the bathroom walls, a ceiling light fixture was missing and the light did not work either, the vents had spider webs coming out of them, the mat outside the place was really dirty and gross. Oh and the place smelled very bad, we thought it was because it was dirty until we found a pizza inside a closet. Unacceptable

Very clean and quiet neighborhood, very comfortable stay , the room was very cozy. Recommend highly ,Sherry was a very sweet young lady and very accommodating.

Very updated, nice whites and grays. I had use of a full kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. Host is kind and easy to communicate with. I would stay here again!
