We rented this property for two nights in order to be close to the event venue where we were attending a concert. It was perfect for that - less than a 10 minute drive. The kitchen is very small, but was adequate for our purposes in eating breakfasts and dinners there. Overall, the unit was clean, but there were a few items in the kitchen that could have used a good scrub. Use of the large TV required connecting the Fire Stick to an Amazon account, and we never could get that to work - which would have been much more of a problem if we had been staying there longer.
