The hosts were very helpful and friendly. This is a well kept, clean and quiet place just at the end of the cove. Lots of privacy. The boat slip was a plus for us but it is literally right next to the boat ramp as well.

The wonderful patio overlooking the lake was what drew us to this property. It was fantastic! The house was beautiful, well maintained, and well stocked. Wonderful place to relax and unwind. We will be returning to stay again!

the other reviewers are NOT wrong. Spectacular views from the deck. We SO enjoyed the firepit and our time at this property. Surprised and pleased with all the "extras". BTW - spices galore! Thanks for the wonderful time. ALSO with the threat of storms the day we checked out we SO appreciated your willingness to stay an extra hour until the storms had passed over!

This place is definately on our favorites list. The view is outstanding. The patio is large. Grill is great. Furniture is comfortable. Tables inside and out are large. Kitchen well stocked. Roads are paved and not steep. No stairs. Beds OK. Only thing lacking are grab bars in master bath. We will definitely be back. Mom loved her mothers day trip with her kids. She is 86 and we are over 60. We played games, watched tv, sat on patio for hours, shopped, ate lots and slept. What more could you want?

Really enjoyed our stay. Property was well maintained. Host was extremely helpful in answering questions. The deck is really nice and a great place to sit out and watch the sunrise/sunset. It was our favorite part of the house.

For us, this place was great. It was my husband, myself, our 2 kids with spouses, and 5 grandchildren. The location was good for renting a boat and being able to get up to the dock to pick up the family. The deck is very nice. I contacted the owners with a questions and they got back with me right away.

I took my daughter, daughter-in-law and 2 infant granddaughters on a fun, relaxing girls trip for a few days. The property was exactly as described, very clean and had everything that we needed. It was also easily accessible from both Tulsa and NW Arkansas. The owner was very welcoming and responded quickly. The view of the lake was absolutely breathtaking and we enjoyed watching the bald eagle that flew and perched in the trees. It was such a majestic bird! It was definitely a perfect spot to relax and make memories with my sweet girls!

Everything was wonderful! Communication was excellent. Cleanliness was excellent! If I had any complaint at all, it would be no curtains on kitchen window. That’s it! Some people mind some do not. I would definitely give this a 5 star rating! The McGuires really know how to help you have a wonderful and enjoyable stay! Everything was stocked, easy to locate and information available for the area. Instructions upon entering and leaving were clear and precise. Wonderful experience! Thank you! The Shaver’s

The stay was great, very clean and peaceful. This was a great place to stay to celebrate my wife's birthday. Enjoyed the scenic views of the lake and beautiful sunrises. Also enjoyed the woodchucks who came up every morning and evening!

The property was beautiful & clean. It had everything we needed! We didn’t have to sit outside to enjoy the gorgeous view. The view from the large glass windows in the living/dining area allowed us to sit & watch the beautiful view, since it was a bit too cool to sit outside. We enjoyed our stay & appreciated the host being so helpful & gracious to let us to have a later check out. I would love to stay here again! I give it 5 stars!

This place is amazing the photos don’t do it justice. Walking up you can see the spectacular lake view. I used the backyard for my proposal. I called the owners before hand and checked to see if I could have family be there to surprise her. The owners were very accommodating and I have much appreciation for them. The backyard is amazing and you could just sit and look at the view without boredom. I would highly recommend for anyone to take advantage of this view. When walking up there is a sidewalk that goes to the backyard so it’s almost more convenient to go straight to the backyard which was perfect because I had my dad tell us to go check out the view and take the sidewalk when arriving. My fiancé still did not know what was about to happen and it turned out perfect.

The property is well located on the lake with stunning views as the listing promises . The unit was clean and ready for occupation before our arrival . The property contact addressed any maintenance issues we encountered which were minor one exterior door handle and the bed frame but overall we were very satisfied with our stay

The property contact addressed any maintenance issues we encountered which were minor one exterior door handle and the bed frame but overall we were very satisfied with our stay

This is a great place to stay on Monkey Island! Quiet and peaceful. The perfect place to unwind and relax. The view of Grand Lake is fabulous. The house is very nice and had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were simple and convenient. Communication with the host was top notch. We will definitely be back for another stay!

The property was beautiful & clean. It had everything we needed! We didn’t have to sit outside to enjoy the gorgeous view. The view from the large glass windows in the living/dining area allowed us to sit & watch the beautiful view, since it was a bit too cool to sit outside. We enjoyed our stay & appreciated the host being so helpful & gracious to let us to have a later check out. I would love to stay here again! I give it 5 stars!

This was a beautiful home, very clean and well stocked. Attention to little details were appreciated. The view was absolutely stunning. Very friendly people in the area and boat rental was only a couple blocks away. Enjoyed our time there.

This place is definately on our favorites list. The view is outstanding. The patio is large. Grill is great. Furniture is comfortable. Tables inside and out are large. Kitchen well stocked. Roads are paved and not steep. No stairs. Beds OK. Only thing lacking are grab bars in master bath. We will definitely be back. Mom loved her mothers day trip with her kids. She is 86 and we are over 60. We played games, watched tv, sat on patio for hours, shopped, ate lots and slept. What more could you want?

My husband, son and I spent the week at Grand Lake. The house was well supplied with everything we needed to be comfortable. The property was conveniently located and we went to Crystal Bridges in Arkansas to see the Alice Walton's art museum, to downtown Tulsa to see the Bob Dylan museum and to Shangri-la to play arcade games and have dinner. The views from the patio are spectacular and we enjoyed sitting out and watching the boats and wildlife. We will be sure to book again next time we're in the area.

Great house with a spectacular view! We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Highlights include the view of the lake out back we enjoyed for hours and seeing lots of wildlife, including deer, a fox, and a groundhog in the front and back yards. TVs in every room and tons of parking. You could fit a handful of vehicles or multiple boat trailers. Quiet, peaceful spot in a nice neighborhood, worth the money.

This house is absolutely beautiful and everything was so well prepared that it made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable from start to finish.The host was incredible, always available and quick to answer any questions, which I really appreciated. The lake view being right off of the back deck was absolutely amazing! The kitchen was very well stocked with all your daily essentials. Would recommend 100 percent!!!

We stayed for 4 nights and had an awesome time. From watching the sun rise over the water and coffee on the deck, to gathering around the firepit, this property was the perfect getaway for 4! We will be back and we highly recommend!!!
