Host was great! House was very nice and clean. No issues.

An absolute beautiful house and location on the river.It was perfect for our mothers 95th birthday and reunion.The indoor areas and the outside sitting areas esp. the fire pit.Jeff and I managed very easily with our communications Usually over my lame queries and requests. He was always helpful. Fully stocked chefs style kitchen. We have 2 chefs in the family so that worked out well. The gas grill was helpful ( I wish it was a bit closer to the main house. But perfectly situated if you are using the barn, Sadly we didn't have time to enjoy down by the water only the youngest grandchild did attempt some fishing. Lovely . Thanks.

The size of the home worked out perfect for our family gathering of about 22 people total. Inside Well equipped with everything needed for cooking our Thanksgiving dinner. Inside the home was great. The outside of the home where we spent the majority of our time was under kept. Spider webs every where, on all the out door furniture . The home had many windows for the view of the river windows were dirty with spider webs on the outside. Patio furniture was torn and moldy . The dock area by the river was dirty and unkept, old leaves tree limbs piled in a corner old swim floats with dirt and mold . All outdoor space could have used a good power wash everywhere

The pictures show a very nice property, but the place is much nicer and more accommodating than what the pictures reveal. We thoroughly enjoyed fishing, swimming, sitting out on the porch, dining, or even lounging with the family in the living room watching the TV. The host communicated well and made the stay more comfortable and easy at checkout.
