Second time staying at VRBO for large gatherings to attend conventions and concerts. More than enough room so you're not cramped when hanging out or sleeping. Super clean and stocked with all the cooking essentials. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee and the Speedway.

From the outside you would never believe it but this house is well suited for large groups. They have four separate rooms with many bedding options. The main part of the house is a wonder large open space that flows from the kitchen through the dinning room and into the living room. The outside has multiple porch and deck options with a good sized yard for being in town. Old house charm with modern amenities.

The house is in a great location — walking distance to the speedway and several restaurants, which was super convenient. Check-in was easy, though the door was unlocked when we arrived, which made us a little uneasy at first.A few things could be improved: the main-level shower was pretty rough — there’s no actual shower head, just a pipe where the water shoots out, and the curtains don’t stay in place. The back patio lights didn’t work, which made it hard to enjoy the outdoor space in the evening. Also, the listing says toiletries are provided, but there was only conditioner. Not a huge issue, but we ended up needing to buy basics for all three bathrooms since we had a group of eight.Overall, our stay was pleasant, and with a few small fixes, this would be an excellent rental.

This place was perfect for our group. We were in town for a baseball tournament. We had a few different families and there was plenty of room for everyone. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was outdoor space for the kids, a nice grill and outdoor seating. We enjoyed the restraunts in Speedway that were in walking distance. The ice cream shop was delicious! Our host was very pleasant to deal with. She was accommodating to our group and we are greatful for her hospitality. We would stay here again many times over. This place is perfect for anyone with a large group, especially if going to the races. The speedway is right behind the property in walking distance. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Girls trip with 7 crazy ladies. This place was great! Everyone.had their own bed, all the beds were comfy and a bathroom on each floor! Will stay there again if we are ever back in the area.

It was great stay and the host was very helpful. There was a minor annoyance with no bath soap or shower gel/body wash in the house. Even though Pam (host) was very helpful, she shocked me by saying no-one has ever complained about this ever. I am puzzled that there are towels, hair shampoo/conditioner combo, conditioner separately, but no soap/gel for shower?

It looks small when you drive up but the house has tons of space! This was the most “move in ready” VRBO I have stayed in. I have a whole box of dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, waste bags, basic spices etc that I always bring on vacation and I didn’t need any of it. Even with a large adult group for a week. The kitchen has matching, quality dish ware and quality cooking supplies. All the basics are there and ready! We had a house full of adults for 8 days and ate almost all of our meals on the lovely deck. The furniture and beds were comfortable and clean. The only improvement I would recommend is for families that include elderly or less stable adults. The bathroom on the main floor has one bathroom with a claw foot tub that is on blocks. There is no grab bar. The other bathrooms are probably safer but require up and down stairs. We had three grandparents in their 70-80s but with a little help they did well. Just be aware. The location is on a main road but was very quiet. We felt very safe. Kroger is nearby. The Speedway and a cute little Main Street are a block away. The property manager was immediately available and resolved the one small issue I had very quickly.

The only issues are.. I didn't receive check in code,sent message no response. Called evolve got info. Only bathroom on main floor no running water in sink. Not sanitary especially after using bathroom. Allen came out and checked ot said pipes were frozen. They were frozen all weekend. Basement TV not working. Again Allen came and assisted. Cleanliness not that great.

This is the second year we have stayed here and we plan to go back again! Pam and Allen are easy to reach out to and helped us out very quickly! The house is always super clean and the beds are EXTREMELY comfortable! If you need somewhere to stay whether for a Speedway event or and Indianapolis event, stay here!

My extended family and I were in town for a wedding. There were 7 of us and this house was the perfect fit. There was so much space and bathrooms for everyone to not feel like they were on top of one another. The neighborhood was great and the house was in walking distance of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway as well as Main St which provided many options for food. We all agree we would stay here again if we ever come back to Indianapolis.

Former college roommates gathered for a long weekend in Indy. We all had our own bed and most of us had our own bedroom. We enjoyed walking to the Indianapolis Speedway and the cute downtown area. The home was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. I'd recommend it!

Absolutely beautiful home to stay at. We had a wonderful family weekend seeing the solar eclipse. Made some great memories. Gorgeous home inside. Comfortable beds, lots of room, Convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Just a Little Pricey

It looks small when you drive up but the house has tons of space! This was the most “move in ready” VRBO I have stayed in. I have a whole box of dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, waste bags, basic spices etc that I always bring on vacation and I didn’t need any of it. Even with a large adult group for a week. The kitchen has matching, quality dish ware and quality cooking supplies. All the basics are there and ready! We had a house full of adults for 8 days and ate almost all of our meals on the lovely deck. The furniture and beds were comfortable and clean. The only improvement I would recommend is for families that include elderly or less stable adults. The bathroom on the main floor has one bathroom with a claw foot tub that is on blocks. There is no grab bar. The other bathrooms are probably safer but require up and down stairs. We had three grandparents in their 70-80s but with a little help they did well. Just be aware. The location is on a main road but was very quiet. We felt very safe. Kroger is nearby. The Speedway and a cute little Main Street are a block away. The property manager was immediately available and resolved the one small issue I had very quickly.

This is the second year we have stayed here and we plan to go back again! Pam and Allen are easy to reach out to and helped us out very quickly! The house is always super clean and the beds are EXTREMELY comfortable! If you need somewhere to stay whether for a Speedway event or and Indianapolis event, stay here!

We had a team come in for rowing at Eagle Creek and this place was perfect. Close to the water, airport and speedway. We could walk to shops, dining, and the neighborhood was quiet and off the main road. Pam was a wonderful host with great suggestions and there for anything we needed. Thank you!!

We were in town for a family funeral. This property was perfect for us so that our family coming in town for the funeral could stay together. We had adequate space and it was within walking distance of several restaurants on Main Street - weather permitting. Whenever we come back in town, we will definitely use this property if available. Communication was great as well.

Second time staying at VRBO for large gatherings to attend conventions and concerts. More than enough room so you're not cramped when hanging out or sleeping. Super clean and stocked with all the cooking essentials. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee and the Speedway.

This place was perfect for our group. We were in town for a baseball tournament. We had a few different families and there was plenty of room for everyone. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was outdoor space for the kids, a nice grill and outdoor seating. We enjoyed the restraunts in Speedway that were in walking distance. The ice cream shop was delicious! Our host was very pleasant to deal with. She was accommodating to our group and we are greatful for her hospitality. We would stay here again many times over. This place is perfect for anyone with a large group, especially if going to the races. The speedway is right behind the property in walking distance. Would recommend this place to anyone!

My extended family and I were in town for a wedding. There were 7 of us and this house was the perfect fit. There was so much space and bathrooms for everyone to not feel like they were on top of one another. The neighborhood was great and the house was in walking distance of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway as well as Main St which provided many options for food. We all agree we would stay here again if we ever come back to Indianapolis.

Rented this house for the Indy Grand Prix weekend. It was wonderful to leave the track and walk back to where we were staying. The house was very nice. Very clean and nicely decorated. Two types of coffee pots--yay! Large refrigerator/freezer. The bedrooms were great! Everyone got there own beds except Papa and G-ma (they've been married 48 years so they didn't mind!) The only worry was there is no egress in the basement bedrooms.And finally, we've rented this house again for next year's race!
