The room was perfect for my solo getaway, the wifi was fantastic and it is an absolutely lovely Mountain View. There is also a game room. I liked the check in procedure, there is no liner and no paperwork to fill out. I will definitely stay again.

Room was very clean! Kassie was very nice and communicated very quickly— hot tub was the perfect temp along with the pool. It was an unforgettable 4 day trip all the way from MA. Looking forward to booking again sometime in the further. We love New Hampshire.

This condo met all of our needs: the queen bed in the loft was super comfortable and we were able to use a very comfy air mattress as well as the sofa bed so our teens each got their own place to sleep. The condo was immaculate, updated and decorated really cute. The a/c unit worked well and there were ceiling fans that helped keep us cool. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. We used some of the amenities onsite like the ping pong table and indoor pool/hot tub. The owner provided check in information several days prior so I didn't have to reach out to her and was super responsive. We'd love to stay here again when we are back in the area!

Loved this cute little condo with loft. Local to everything in Lincoln. Comfortable bed and loved the jacuzzi and pool. It was too cold to hike like I had wanted, so took full advantage of that jacuzzi. This was perfect for our Valentine's/Anniversary getaway. Would definitely stay again in the future.

the property was not new, there was a bad smell in the corridors and the pool it was noticeable that they did not check it or they did not apply the necessary products, the beds are like stone and the restrictions are extreme

Centrally located in Lincoln Center, surrounded by restaurants and shops, and less than 2 miles from Loon Mtn. About 4 miles from stunning Franconia Notch State Park. The unit was very cute, and perfect for me and my 2 teen kids. We were able to easily cook meals and watch Netflix. The only thing we were disappointed by was the pool area. The indoor pool was freezing, the jacuzzi was lukewarm, and the sauna in the women’s locker room didn’t get over about 75 degrees. There was some construction going on, so hopefully they will repair this area.

We enjoyed our stay and found the unit as listed. We found the stairs to the loft more than we wanted to tackle overnight and slept instead on the pull out couch. The "support" for the couch noted in the owners manual was not found in the closet. Also, the mattress was heavily soiled and really needs replacement.

Hi, The property manager was easy to communicate with. The location is convenient for skiing. There is a shuttle right from the front door to Octagon Lodge at Loon, which they don’t tell you in the paperwork. The photos do not do the apartment justice, it is small in real life without a place for a family of four to sit and eat. The apartment needs a deep clean; there is a lot of dust on the fans and the higher hard to reach surfaces. The property is more like a hotel than a condo unit. There is no front desk staff though which would have helped for questions. Each unit does have a small kitchenette. Overall, the location was great and the property manager was friendly.

We were in town overnight for a young relative's graduation from Plymouth State University. This condo was close enough to Plymouth and very reasonably priced. We found the place easily, it was very clean and well maintained. The information from the owners was accurate and well communicated. The public spaces were safe and also well kept. It was perfect for what we expected.

This was perfect for a night stay while leaf peeping. We had all we needed. Bed was comfortable but up a flight of stairs from bathroom so be careful if you have to get up in middle of night. Coffee and creamer was provided! Within walking distance to restaurant and convenience stores.

a little small but still sweet. The appliances are mini size. Toaster had large pieces of broken off bread in coils without me knowing, ,and set off smoke detector very easily. quite embarrassing . arcade games are expensive for what they are. GREAT location. Walking distance to good food.

Thanks for a nice stay; I’d stay here again if in the area. The only thing folks that need to get up in the middle of the night need to know, is that the bedroom is up and the bathroom down. We managed fine.

Upon arriving to our condo, the bathroom door had unfortunately been locked on accident from the inside and shut. Property management and staff did a great job coming down and resolving the issue despite limited staff being available on the weekends. I highly recommend staying here - the rooms are very clean and the atmosphere is wonderful :)

Room was very clean and well laid out including coffee maker with coffee, water and great towels! Perfect for our visit to the Lincoln NH area. And the owner/host was amazingly responsive and eager to make our stay comfortable. Thank you!

This was a wonderful stay! Myself and 3 buddies from Boston didn’t want to make the drive up Saturday morning so we booked this for Friday night. Could not have been smoother, 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Amazing value for price. Very clean & spacious. Good location. Had a some difficulty opening case even with correct code to get access to key card upon arrival. The box stuck a local was able to help. Other than the key card box sticking, amazing value.

This was perfect for a night stay while leaf peeping. We had all we needed. Bed was comfortable but up a flight of stairs from bathroom so be careful if you have to get up in middle of night. Coffee and creamer was provided! Within walking distance to restaurant and convenience stores.

My husband and myself rented this condo for 2 weeks. My son and a friend visited also. Very cute unit in a great location. We were able to walk to restaurants in the evening. Would consider another stay there.

Centrally located in Lincoln Center, surrounded by restaurants and shops, and less than 2 miles from Loon Mtn. About 4 miles from stunning Franconia Notch State Park. The unit was very cute, and perfect for me and my 2 teen kids. We were able to easily cook meals and watch Netflix. The only thing we were disappointed by was the pool area. The indoor pool was freezing, the jacuzzi was lukewarm, and the sauna in the women’s locker room didn’t get over about 75 degrees. There was some construction going on, so hopefully they will repair this area.

Our trip was absolutely wonderful, and the location of this VRBO was perfect. Easy walking distance to restaurants and stores. The Hostess was amazing to deal with and very responsive. Parking was safe and very convenient and close.Our only issue - and let me make clear, it was not the fault of the Host - was that whomever the cleaning company was did a less than desirable job. The porch in particular was not clean, and that was disappointing. It looked like it had not been swept or the chairs washed off since the prior season, and we had really looked forward to sitting on the porch in the morning/evening. One of the chairs was also broken, but luckily we noticed it before having sat down. Again, it wasn't a big enough issue to contact host about, and we did let her know after we left to which she immediately responded. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. It's just the right size for two people, especially. Another chair in the living room area might be nice, too! Overall, wonderful stay and super great location.

The room was very clean and the location is perfect. Loon Mountain is so close and the main part of town is right on the road. Plenty of restaurants nearby to try out. The room was beautiful but will fit 2 people max. The building itself is a bit dated and has some construction going on on but other than that it was great.

We had a great time here! Family of 4. Clean and comfy for all of us. Easy instructions. Pool,hot tub, sauna all a plus but being so close to Loon was the biggest. Lots of good restaurants too.
