Tarifas

• Las llegadas después de las 22:00 están sujetas a un cargo adicional de 66 AUD
• Cama adicional: 30 AUD por noche.

Youth hostel - guests must be 18 to 35 years old. All cancellations for standard bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the latest check in time. /!\ NEW YEARS EVE 2026/2027 /!\ Holiday Reservation Policy (December 27, 2026 – January 3, 2027) To ensure a smooth experience during the peak holiday season, please take note of the following special reservation conditions: Full Prepayment Required: All reservations made for stays between December 27, 2026, and January 3, 2027, must be fully prepaid at the time of booking. Failed Payment: If the payment is unsuccessful or not completed, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. Minimum Stay Requirement: A minimum stay of 7 consecutive nights is required for bookings within this period. /!\ Stay covering December 31st, 2026 and January 1st, 2027 is non-refundable and will be cancelled /!\ If a guest no shows for their reservation, the property has the authority to charge the guests card up to the cost of the first night's stay. Travel insurance is recommended. We cannot guarantee that groups booking dorms will be in the same room. PLEASE NOTE: For dorm bookings, we require a valid overseas passport. No sleeping bags or your own linen permitted for use. Note: all bookings require valid government-issued photo ID. All card payments (EFTPOS, Mastercard, Visa etc.) incur a 1% surcharge. Things to Note Check-In / Check-Out Policies • Check-In: 2:00 pm • Check-Out: 10:00 am • Late Check-Out: 2:00 pm • Late Check-Out Fees: 100% Special Check-In Instructions For check-ins after reception working hours, please contact our Night Manager, by the time you arrive at our property, We always do our best to accommodate our guests before check-in time. However, if the room is not ready, we have a luggage room in which you can store your belongings for free. TERMS AND CONDITIONS General Information • Check-In: You must be over the age of 18 years and hold a valid passport and photo ID document will be requested upon check-in (such as a valid driver's license, proof of age card or passport) • Check-Out: Is 10 am. Penalties apply if you stay past this time • Extensions: Looking to extending your stay? Let reception know at the LATEST the night before the check-out date. We will do our best to extend your stay subject to the required availability • Group Bookings: More than 6 people must call reception between 9 am - 7 pm daily to check room availability and policies. We do not take bookings for sporting trips, bucks / hens parties or any other party. • Smoking: Social Hotel is a smoke-free property. A refundable comprehensive deposit MUST be paid at check-in and when checking out the following conditions must apply: 1. Room key card must be returned. Lost or broken key cards will be charged AUD $20. 2. No sleeping bags are to be used in the rooms. 3. Please be considerate to other guests and contain your belongings in the storage provided only. 4. Late room charges/rent payments will be charged to your credit card unless alternative arrangements have pre-organised with reception. 5. Early cancellation of in-house guest reservations must be made 48 hours (two days) prior to your new departure date or two night's room penalty rate will be charged. 6. If you lose your key, it will only cost you AUD $20 for a new one. 7. If you are responsible for setting off the fire alarm, you will be charged $1,800 fee. 8. If you damage any part of the Social Hotel property or items provided to you by Social Hotel, you will be charged the full costs incurred to fix the damage caused. 9. Any member of Social Hotel may ask you to leave the property at any time for any reason however in particular for any of these reasons: illegal drugs; fighting; property damage; smoking inside of the room; breaking into the kitchen, courtyard or other people's rooms. You will not receive any refund from your booking payment or key deposit.
