Our family vacation was amazing and the property exceeded all expectations. Upon arrival the owner had a bottle of wine on the table, some water in the fridge and was very accommodating. We drove straight through from Wisconsin and ended up arriving earlier than we expected so we ran to Walmart and then was notified that we could arrive earlier than the original check in time. The pool and hot tub were amazing and super clean. Make sure you get the spa package for the heater and the lights ( definitely worth it ). The house was spotless inside and out. The grill ( Its a Traeger ), worked amazing and was definitely nice to have. Do not hesitate to book this property as it will exceed expectations on all aspects. It is super spacious.

Not only is the house beautiful it is so thoughtfully laid out and stocked with everything you might need. The pool and sauna are amazing and the cage is great for enjoying the sun without the bugs. The fishing was pretty good off the dock we caught catfish, sheepshead and even a stingray! It’s a short drive to beautiful beaches, grocery stores and restaurants. The house exceeded our expectations and Kim was an amazing thoughtful host! Moral of the story is BOOK IT!

This is a beautiful home with a great location. It comes with everything you could need. Just bring your clothes everything else is provided. Heated pool and hot tub were really nice. They even had fishing poles and tackle and fishing from seawall was fun. Everything in the house was in great working condition. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. Host was very easy to reach and responed immediatly. give host 5 plus stars to Kim

The property was exactly what was shown online. The host was very communicative especially since Idalia hit the day before our visit. The pool package was definitely worth it. Our families loved the wide variety of games and puzzles and the kitchen had everything we needed since we cooked all our meals during our trip.

This home is amazing. It fit our family perfectly. There are extra touches like robes in the master bathroom and extra towels to use at the pool that just show that the owner put extra thought into those using the home. Kim is very thoughtful and responds to questions very quickly. My husband and I enjoyed the schools of fish that came into the canal every morning to feed. The sound system throughout the home made playing games on the lanai or in the dining room very enjoyable for our family. The neighborhood is pleasantly quiet and safe which is just what our family needed for our family vacation.

Beautiful property, well equipped kitchen, all the comforts home. The family enjoyed fishing on the dock and gathering in the lanai and beautiful pool. The manager kept us updated on check in and provided additional information on activities. It was a great experience.

Our recent vacation was a perfect relaxing getaway! The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and having beach towels available was a nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa, which we used daily and Kim checked in with us often. It was a short drive to several beaches and stores, outlets, etc. The area felt safe and quiet, and it was conveniently located less than five minutes away from groceries, gas, and fast food—exactly what we needed after our late-night flight landed.We had a great stay and would definitely love to return!

Es war alles wie beschrieben. Evolve hat etwas später als wir es sonst kennen die Zugangsdaten gesandt. Bedingt durch einen Hurricane war das doch noch mit Sandsäcken abgedeckt, die beschädigt waren und so relativ viel Sand auf der aterasse war. Ansonsten war das Haus perfekt sauber und gepflegt. Mit der Vermieterin selbst war die Kommunikation hervorragend.

We rented this lovely home to be nearby other family in the area during our stay. The home is clean and well equipped for a relaxing stay. Plenty of space to spread out to relax, play games, etc. Our granddaughters adored the pool and spa. The location is great for access to beaches and restaurants. We did not take advantage of the dock and boat lift, but this is an excellent location for boaters. The only suggestion we have for the owner is to add some unbreakable dinnerware for enjoying meals on the patio without having to use disposable paper products.

This was my first time booking a VRBO and it exceeded my expectations! Beautiful house, very clean and bright with the beach decorations. Loved seeing a piece of home with the Lake Calhoun (MN) picture. Location was perfect to where we needed to be. The owner was quick to respond. 10/10 recommend staying here. Great price too! Thank you and we will be back again!

Booked for a 3 day weekend to visit family nearby and have our own space. House is beautiful and clean. Comfortable furniture, beds and linens. Kitchen fully stocked. Kind of a high tech home, which we are not used to but easily figured out. Will absolutely book again next time we visit family. Hopefully longer next time as the 3 days flew by.

Overall our stay was very good! We enjoyed the pool, the couch was very comfortable and there was plenty of room if someone needed some quiet time. The owner was very easy to work with when the refrigerator went out on day 2. However, that meant we spent a week using 2 small refrigerators and had to limit groceries. There needed to be a pool skimmer available for use, there were lots of gnats in the pool each day and no way to remove them. The house was clean & well stocked. We were surprised to see that items were left from the previous renters, food in the pantry & gin in the freezer. This is very unusual, in our experience. There was a fantastic guide that helped answer a lot of questions. The bathroom that leads directly to the pool needs some TLC. The paint is splotchy, there are holes in the drywall/plaster near the shower and a large chip out of the floor. There wasn’t a remote or pull cord for the outside fan; it would have been nice to be able to adjust the fan speed on our hot July days. This property has a lot of pros and just a few minor things that could be improved.

We had an amazing long weekend staying here. There was a beautiful fruit bowl when we arrived, so nice. The house is very clean and spacious and has every amenity you could imagine. The pool was beautiful and I couldn’t get my husband out of the spa! We definitely recommend this house and we will be staying here again in the future.

In some cases, I wish there were more than five stars. The house is well appointed with some of the finer things property management, and check-in was a breeze. Excellent communication throughout the process. The ability to connect to the Sonos system was awesome. Allowed my family to really enjoy the house experience. Pool lights and heat are well worth it. I will be a return customer.

We enjoyed this beautiful slice of heaven in the Port Charlotte area. Although it takes 10-15 minutes to get to different attractions, it also added to our experience as we never felt like we were in a rat race "spring break" area like so many other places in Florida are. The home is beautiful, well kept, and in a great location. There is a place to fish off the dock, a beautiful screened in pool, and spacious home. Many fine details were attended to by the host giving such a warm welcome. I would highly recommend this property to others.

My family and I stayed in this home for a week in June. It is a beautiful home and very clean. The description is accurate. We loved the Sonos app that allowed us to hook up our phones to the surround sound speakers around the home and especially outside by the pool. It is well-appointed and there was nothing we needed that wasn’t already there.

We rented this house for my aunts 85th birthday. Everything was incredible upon arrival. The house is amazing, the beds are extremely comfortable, the pool was fantastic and the accommodations were all first class. Even more impressive is the property manager, Kim. She was so attentive and responsive and did a great job to make us feel extremely welcome. I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs in Florida and this is one of the best!

Our trip was excellent and Kim was very quick to communicate with me on anything we needed to sort. The house was clean and very well equipped. Our only issue with the property was the TV package. We were not able to get much at all in the way of sports such as NFL football, hockey, college football, etc. We were also not able to get much in the way of regular television networks such as local CBS, NBC, Fox, CNN etc. instead it was a large variety of generic World News channels, etc. We were able use Netflix as we had an account and we could use Prime as that was already signed on to by the property manager.

Not only is the house beautiful it is so thoughtfully laid out and stocked with everything you might need. The pool and sauna are amazing and the cage is great for enjoying the sun without the bugs. The fishing was pretty good off the dock we caught catfish, sheepshead and even a stingray! It’s a short drive to beautiful beaches, grocery stores and restaurants. The house exceeded our expectations and Kim was an amazing thoughtful host! Moral of the story is BOOK IT!

This home was great! We loved the location and the home itself. Kim, the property manager, was very responsive before, during and even after our stay. We left a couple of personal items in the home and Kim contacted us after we left and offered to mail them back to us free of charge.

This is an AMAZING home, great location, has all the comforts of home and lots of extras!! This was definitely a hit with the family and we will staying again! And, to top is off the host Kim is amazing! There were a few minor issues that she had taken care of right away and made sure our stay was the best!

This home is amazing. It fit our family perfectly. There are extra touches like robes in the master bathroom and extra towels to use at the pool that just show that the owner put extra thought into those using the home. Our recent vacation was a perfect relaxing getaway! The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and having beach towels available was a nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa, which we used daily and Kim checked in with us often. It was a short drive to several beaches and stores, outlets, etc. The area felt safe and quiet, and it was conveniently located less than five minutes away from groceries, gas, and fast food—exactly what we needed after our late-night flight landed.We had a great stay and would definitely love to return!

This is a very nice property with water, pool and spa. Well stocked and ready with simple instructions. The best part, though is the host. Kim is the best of anyone I've worked with in a VRBO deal. The best.

This is a beautiful home with a great location. It comes with everything you could need. Just bring your clothes everything else is provided. Heated pool and hot tub were really nice. They even had fishing poles and tackle and fishing from seawall was fun. Everything in the house was in great working condition. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. Host was very easy to reach and responed immediatly. give host 5 plus stars to Kim

We rented this lovely home to be nearby other family in the area during our stay. The home is clean and well equipped for a relaxing stay. Plenty of space to spread out to relax, play games, etc. Our granddaughters adored the pool and spa. The location is great for access to beaches and restaurants. We did not take advantage of the dock and boat lift, but this is an excellent location for boaters. The only suggestion we have for the owner is to add some unbreakable dinnerware for enjoying meals on the patio without having to use disposable paper products.

We enjoyed this beautiful slice of heaven in the Port Charlotte area. Although it takes 10-15 minutes to get to different attractions, it also added to our experience as we never felt like we were in a rat race "spring break" area like so many other places in Florida are. The home is beautiful, well kept, and in a great location. There is a place to fish off the dock, a beautiful screened in pool, and spacious home. Many fine details were attended to by the host giving such a warm welcome. I would highly recommend this property to others.

This was my first time booking a VRBO and it exceeded my expectations! Beautiful house, very clean and bright with the beach decorations. Loved seeing a piece of home with the Lake Calhoun (MN) picture. Location was perfect to where we needed to be. The owner was quick to respond. 10/10 recommend staying here. Great price too! Thank you and we will be back again!

The whole property is a dream come true. The location is amazing, close to every point of interest specially the beaches. There is a giant mall close to it as well (Port Charlotte Town Center) where is the best Dillard’s I’ve ever being. But when you start to dealing with the star of the movie “Kim”, everything will be better, she was extremely kind and professional all the time, Definitely we will come back to that house, not just because it is a beautiful house, also cause’ the personal treatment of the hostess. Kim welcomed us 1 day before and always was on top of things, she even asked for our favorite drink to have it later when we arrived on our first day. We forgot some personal stuff in the house that she sent to us immediately after we find out. Extremely happy with the experience.

One thing to highlight before continuing with my review was how the property owner purchased a highchair and pack and play to accommodate our family. As far as I’m concerned, this was above and beyond expectations from the host.This was a perfect house for an extended family and children. The heated pool was perfect and view of the canal sunsets were spectacular. All of the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The smart TVs were a nice bonus for the bedrooms and living room as well as the outdoor patio. Conveniently located less than a half an hour from two different beaches. I can’t say enough about our time and enjoyment here.

Our 6th year to the area and 2nd time staying at one of Kim’s properties. All hosts we’ve had have been great, but Kim really makes you feel welcomed. The home was absolutely perfect from the furniture, decor, appliances, pool, hot tub, dock, etc. Perfectly located near McCall Rd between restaurants of Port Charlotte and Blind Pass Beach, our favorite beach. Kim obviously cares about her properties and ensures you have a perfect experience. Zero issues during our stay and 100% fun!

Overall our stay was very good! We enjoyed the pool, the couch was very comfortable and there was plenty of room if someone needed some quiet time. The owner was very easy to work with when the refrigerator went out on day 2. However, that meant we spent a week using 2 small refrigerators and had to limit groceries. There needed to be a pool skimmer available for use, there were lots of gnats in the pool each day and no way to remove them. The house was clean & well stocked. We were surprised to see that items were left from the previous renters, food in the pantry & gin in the freezer. This is very unusual, in our experience. There was a fantastic guide that helped answer a lot of questions. The bathroom that leads directly to the pool needs some TLC. The paint is splotchy, there are holes in the drywall/plaster near the shower and a large chip out of the floor. There wasn’t a remote or pull cord for the outside fan; it would have been nice to be able to adjust the fan speed on our hot July days. This property has a lot of pros and just a few minor things that could be improved.
