The property was beautiful and the host very responsive. The only things that prevent a 5/5 booking were: a surprising fee applied to the booking for guests in excess of 6 (we were two families of 4) on a property clearly marketed to large groups. While the host was responsive to our question about this and adjusted the booking, the fee could not be recovered from vrbo. Additionally, the sound isolation in the house is non-existent and noise carries throughout. Not a huge issue but combined with the surprising fee, meant this was not a 5/5 for us.I reiterate though, the property is in excellent shape and the host very responsive. Overally a very positive stay.

Had a wonderful family get away. The place was exceptional and very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub. The place is spacious and has beautiful view off the back deck. The hosts were very responsive.we had everything we needed. Would definitely return. Thank you
