Great location and the best designed rental we have seen - 3 levels and the lower level is an amazing entirely private spa with private hot tub and sauna perfect after a day of skiing - also upgraded high end theatre was awesome and what really topped it off is the professional massage chair that everyone loved - even small details like high end bathroom fixtures and details were not missed -

Sauna did not work. Hot tub cool! Could not figure out the TV. Atmos theater never engaged. Beds very comfortable. Nothing to scour pans with. Loved the UP. Loved the massage chair.

Property was wonderful. Easy process and the condo had everything we needed for our stay. The kids loved the hot tub and I appreciated the ice bath and massage chair after a race.

This place has tremendous amenities; the personal hot tub was very clean, the sauna and massage chair were used daily, plus the tv/movie system is excellent; really enjoyed it all. We cooked most nights (stayed five nights). The kitchen is really well stocked. We had a few questions, Lue responded quickly. We (four girl ski trip) were very happy there.

We were disappointed. The owner wasn't very accommodating or kind. Wouldnt provide washcloths, handtowels, etc. The place needed a good cleaning and basic supplies. Wouldn't return or recommend.

Our week long stay was great. The property was clean, roomy, and pleasantly quiet. The townhome was well stocked with one exception, trash bags. The beds were very comfortable, the showers were invigorating with plenty of hot water, the kitchen was well stocked. We didn't find anything that listed great places to eat but would be a great addition (pizza, breakfast, steaks, diners and distance away). Everything else was well marked such as how to use televisions, massage chair, hot tub, etc. Overall a great stay and would stay again.

The property is in a good location but needs some tlc; cleaning and updating. The window sills and blinds were dirty. The hot tub also had dirt in it which the host stated was from the filtration system. The refrigerator had only one shelf and the freezer had no shelf which made it difficult to use; needed to keep items that didn’t stack well in coolers. Not enough wash cloths, hand towels or kitchen towels provided for 4 adults staying for a week when a washer and dryer are not available. The deck also needs work. There was adequate parking for vehicles and trailers. Everyone loved the message chair! The updated shower heads and faucets are very nice.

We are in our upper sixties and a comfortable bed is important to us. We got that in the two king sized beds. The extra’s were fun such as the hot tub!

Arrived at the house and was very pleasantly greeted with all the amentities on the property. House is well maintained and nice and cozy. Very close proximity to several waterfalls which were perfect for this time of year with the high water and ice. Just missed the snow so was able to hike in reg shoes.

great location / neighborhood with a great views, well stocked, clean home with modern amenities. sauna, hot tub & massage chair were key to this wonderful spa-cation. 3 levels & plenty of dinning / living / spa space. New Year's fireworks from Powderhorn were an added bonus, viewed from our porch chairs. thanks to the host for the most at a great price.

We had a great time. It was close to the ski hill. The massage chair and hot tub were excellent! We also enjoyed watching movies. It was nice to have access to several streaming options. I marked it down a star because there was not cord or anything to close the vertical blinds in the master bedroom. They had to be pulled over by hand, and still didn't completely close. It is evident the owner has done many upgrades; hopefully this will be the next upgrade.

Me and a couple buddies had a great time at this location. Super close to the mountain and nice accommodations. I would highly recommend staying if you’re looking for a nice place to relax and enjoy the U P . Awesome location if you ski/snowboard or snowmobile.
