Casa Paloma Chic Casita w/ Shared Pool Near Beach

We stayed at this property from Feb 7 - Mar 27. During our stay we enjoyed ourselves and the accommodations were good. The king size bed was comfortable, good storage, lots of linen and towels, well stocked kitchen with appliances, nice bathroom and shower, ample air conditioning with two heat pumps, great outdoor patio furniture and hammock. The property was actively maintained with daily watering of the grass, and plenty of fruit trees located around the property. Some improvements for those considering longer stays would be… we found the couch uncomfortably and didn’t fit the space well, coffee maker took 30 minutes to brew a cup of coffee, frying pans were well worn and should be replaced,and the write up on the property is a bit misleading with beautiful view of the pool and mountains. The Casa is located at the far end of the property and furthest from the pool and the mountain view is blocked. The pool is in a bit of disrepair with only one of the three pumps working during the time we were there, sparse and well used patio furniture at the pool side. The location to Potrero and walking times to the beaches were accurate and seems to have ample parking..but was first come first serve.The property was managed by 5 Star and they were very responsive to some concerns we initially had with construction/ renovations that were happening at one of the Casas located beside us.Overall we enjoyed our stay, met some great people and always felt safe in the area.
