Convenient location to train station and right next to water taxi to airport. Clean and comfortable for the couple nights we were there

We were here 1 night. The room we had 52 was amazing even though the bed wasn’t to comfortable it was fine. The views made up for it! Loved the ambient lighting. The lights going on very early from the sensors were distracting because of a large gap under the door. The floors made it noisy for the early check out or early comers wasn’t sure but if your a light sleeper could be an issue. I am a light sleeper so it woke me. The canals shut down early so noise from outside wasn’t bad however they do start early so I was woken up by the boats out the windows. Overall I would stay here again for the location and the room with the canals we brought up dinner and opened all the windows and enjoyed ppl watching!

Location of the hotel is very convenient in terms of traffic and close to a Main Street in Venice. Staffs are friendly. I had a good time staying at this hotel.
