This place is new, neat and clean and in the end served our purpose which was visiting family close by for Thanksgiving. But it was too cold to spend any time downstairs. Instead we congregated in the master bedroom upstairs. I think to keep the downstairs a comfortable temperature the thermostat upstairs would need to be on 80 and I didn't want to waste that energy, plus it would have been too warm upstairs. The garage was a nice feature especially since it was cold and some snow, however the rollers need to be replaced on the garage door as the incredible screeching noise it makes must at a minimum disturb the neighbors and made me feel guilty for using it.

My husband, 2 adult kids and myself just had a weekend getaway to attend my mom's 80th birthday party. The house was clean and so roomy. The foosball table was so much fun. Alexis was so easy to work with. It was a nice weekend.

This condo was very clean, comfortable, nice amenities and had essentially everything that we would have needed for our stay. Host also reached out a few times to make sure all was well with our stay. No complaints, just as expected based on the listing and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Was also dog friendly which was nice but we didn’t end up bringing our dog. Highly recommend.

The town house is new and we’ll appointed. Alex was very responsive, answering the few questions we had, and granting us a late check out. Very happy with the streaming services as well, which were the best we have encountered yet in a rental.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was thoughtfully stocked with any essentials we needed during our stay. We really appreciated the attached garage and pet friendly neighborhood. Everything was clean and it didn’t feel like we were living in someone else’s home the whole time like other rentals we’ve stayed in. I would absolutely stay here again when we are in the area to visit our friends.

Overall: Location worked well for a short family vacation, great check in instructions from the host, overall we are satisfied with our stay. Pros: Spacious Bedrooms/Beds Location Friendly Neighbors Great internet Comfortable beds Plenty of towels and extra bedding Cons: Non-working freezer/ice maker section of fridge Cleanliness-very dirty under couch, found two pair of dirty socks under couch after dropping the remote and looking for it. Bathrooms/showers appeared to be just wiped down versus cleaned. Dirty dishes in cupboard and crumbs on counter.

We found the townhome to be a great option for our family visit. It was spacious, clean, and well fitted out for our needs. It was very well located, with easy access to all that Ogden offers. I would recommend that for future guests, you provide a hard copy or notebook of instructions regarding the use of the amenities, including: the heating/cooling system; the tablet in the kitchen (it beeped throughout our stay), whether windows could be opened or should remain shut, (my sister inadvertently dislodged a window sensor on opening her bedroom window, which created the beeping issue); how to use the TV\'s, what channels are available through live tv; how to operate the washer and dryer (my mom is old school and both the tv and the laundry were a challenge for her). You could include points of local interest, events, grocery shops nearby and dining options as well. A quick "how to" guide for guests will help them appropriately make use of the home. Thank you for hosting us at your wonderful townhome, we felt welcome and comfortable!

The house had a smell ....like the outside garbage. It was clean and I couldn’t find where the smell was coming from. There was garbage IN The trash container in the garage. Beds. Were wonderful!! We didn’t receive information on how to get into the house and could not get hold of owner so we slept in hotel first night, The owner paid for our expense. It was a very nice place and convenient for our visit.

Stayed here for a mom and sister get-away. There were 5 of us and we still had room for a couple more. Very roomy and comfortable. Very impressed with cleanliness, attention to detail and communication with owner. Absolutely loved our stay and will definitely book this property again if I'm in the area. Wish all Vrbo properties were like this one!

The house was absolutely perfect - clean, spacious (family of 4 plus a doggo), and modern. Hosts were quick to respond to any question. An unexpected delight was how absolutely comfortable the beds were - with luxurious weighted soft blankets and velvet pillows. Best way to end a long day of snowshoeing and skiing. Admittedly, though, it made it hard to get out of bed in the morning :)

We had a sudden need to travel to North Ogden and found that a family member had stayed in this rental in the past and recommended it. Our stay was excellent! The rental was extremely comfortable, and the agent was very accommodating when we had to extend our departure date. We will keep this rental at the top of our list for future trips! Great place. Host was very helpful. Everything was clean and in order. Someone even sketched a cute "welcome" into the blanket at the foot of the master bed. We had a short overnight stay, so didn't experience much of the area, but it felt safe and was quiet.

It was very nice and clean. New build. Great area, close to a lot of grocery stores and food places. 30 minutes to the mountain. Neighborhood was quiet and nice.

It was cozy, neat, and perfect for our little family to explore what we wanted to. All the stores we needed were close by and we loved the little trout farm that was nearby. Little thrills and dinner for our kiddos. We had a little issue with the toddler locking us out because the door from garage auto closes and the keypad not working but we figured it out before having to call the host for help.

We found the townhome to be a great option for our family visit. It was spacious, clean, and well fitted out for our needs. It was very well located, with easy access to all that Ogden offers. I would recommend that for future guests, you provide a hard copy or notebook of instructions regarding the use of the amenities, including: the heating/cooling system; the tablet in the kitchen (it beeped throughout our stay), whether windows could be opened or should remain shut, (my sister inadvertently dislodged a window sensor on opening her bedroom window, which created the beeping issue); how to use the TV\'s, what channels are available through live tv; how to operate the washer and dryer (my mom is old school and both the tv and the laundry were a challenge for her). You could include points of local interest, events, grocery shops nearby and dining options as well. A quick "how to" guide for guests will help them appropriately make use of the home. Thank you for hosting us at your wonderful townhome, we felt welcome and comfortable!

The house was very clean and had all the items one would Need. Driving to ski was 40 minutes . The host was very helpful and responded very quickly. It is in north Ogden which is definitely a driving community. Historic district about 15 minutes drive.

This property was absolutely perfect for my family of five. The property was very clean, had all the towels you needed, a hairdryer, extra toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner. This property had ample room. Kitchen was stocked with standard essentials: plates, cups, bowls, cooking utensils, bakeware, toaster, blender, coffee maker. Beds were super comfy with extra blankets.This property was conveniently located to major roads to make it easy to access groceries, restaurants, gas stations, etc.Property host was quick to respond to any questions and great to work with.

Cleanliness was lacking. I was wondering if it had been cleaned? The fridge was dirty on the outside. The freezer was really dirty inside and the kitchen garbage bin was filthy. The extra 'clean' blankets and pillow were just piled on the floor in master. The bathtubs didnt look very clean. Used grocery bags were used in bathroom garbage, not a big deal but looks cheap. The bed frames squeaked every time you moved. I expected more after the cost for one night. Overall not impressed.

Great place. Host was very helpful. Everything was clean and in order. Someone even sketched a cute "welcome" into the blanket at the foot of the master bed. We had a short overnight stay, so didn't experience much of the area, but it felt safe and was quiet.

It was difficult to find the property because it's brand new and my GPS did not have it but the owner had left some good instructions. One thing is I wish I had known that the property had such steep stairs to the bedrooms. If I had brought some of my family that could have come they would never have been able to climb those stairs. The other thing is I know that it's new and there is some construction thinks that still need to be worked on. In the master bathroom the toilet paper holder was not properly anchored when it was built and had been torn loose when we got there. There were some strange items parentheses like nasal spray in the pantry that was a little weird otherwise it was wonderful!that was not great
