Das Hotel liegt Nahe an einem schönen Sandstrand. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, tolle grosse Terrasse. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. 3 x am Tag gibt es einen Shuttle vom dazugehörigen Hotel in die Stadt Parikia. Entweder haben wir diesen genutzt oder aber das Wassertaxi, das von Parikia an den Krios Beach bzw. an den Marciello Beach fährt.
Das Hotel liegt Nahe an einem schönen Sandstrand. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, tolle grosse Terrasse. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. 3 x am Tag gibt es einen Shuttle vom dazugehörigen Hotel in die Stadt Parikia. Entweder haben wir diesen genutzt oder aber das Wassertaxi, das von Parikia an den Krios Beach bzw. an den Marciello Beach fährt.

Comme longuement discuté avec le manager venu nous voir au bout de 3 jours car nous nous sommes plaints dès notre arrivée, la présentation de l établissement est totalement mensongère. Il ne s agit pas d un hôtel, il n y a aucun service ni même de quoi se faire un café, il n y a aucune piscine ni restaurant ni bar ni bains de soleil ni autre. Aucun service. Aucun transport possible. Ce n est pas que les chambres soient désagréables mais ce n est pas un hôtel et c est éloigné de tout sans transport possible non plus. Le manager en convenait. Comme expliqué, si la présentation n etait pas mensongere cela irait. Ne parlons pas des wc qui ne fonctionnent pas bien avec 2 reparations en 3 jours et l absence d eau chaude dans la salle de bains. Enfin terminez les travaux, faites une route ou un accès propre a minima et éclairé, mais cela ne donne pas l impression que vous comptiez finir le chantier un jour. Pour ce qui est de notre arrivée, après attente au port, j ai fait 4 km à pieds avec nos valises et sacs sous un soleil de plomb. Ils avaient oublié le transfert confirmé 2 fois. Je suis arrivé en sueur 2h30 après notre arrivée au port, pas même un verre d eau proposé, pas un mot d excuse, juste une incompréhension d une équipe qui ne cherchait qu à savoir qui chez eux ne s en était pas occupé..

(1) Hotel sent me communication through the Hotels.com app only and not by email (as other hotels have done). I didn’t know to check my app. Upon arrival to Paros, I gave the ride share driver the room address in the reservation, but there was nobody at the building, there were no signs, and we didn’t know about it’s association with the hotel, further down what seemed like a desolate road. I was able to reach the hotel by phone and the driver spoke Greek in order to solve the issue, but would recommend the hotel use email also and not just rely on app communications. (2) A daily shuttle from the hotel to the nearest town is limited to one at 10 am and the other at 10 pm. When they get to the destination, they return to the hotel a few minutes later. There is no time to run into a store, buy a few things and return with the shuttle unless you wait 12 hours or catch a taxi. Two trips are appreciated, but one or two more per day, and a 20 - 30 minute wait before returning, would be even more beneficial and doesn’t seem like a big ask of the hotel. Beyond those things, we were happy ewith the facilities and enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful view and nice room! Felt a bit less of a "wow" factor than the photos (I think even just having white linens would have made a big difference) but overall a great place! The biggest thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is far from the main town and there's only one shuttle at 10am to the town then another at 10pm to return; if you want to go into town any other time, it's a quite expensive cab ride (even though it's a 10-15 minute drive, cabs are a flat-rate no matter the distance.) The hotel also doesn't have any "convenience" area with drinks or snacks to bring to the room, so the only food option is the hotel restaurant, and while the restaurant is INCREDIBLE, it is pricy. We ended up deciding to rent a car on our 3rd day because it was the only thing that made sense to be able to do pretty much anything (even just to buy a bottle of water!)
