This property is very clean and very tiny. If you are by yourself and dont plan on being in there much it is fine. The toilet was an incinerator toilet. It runs for an hour and a half every time it is "flushed" and has a smell to it. Please make sure you screenshot the ad before you book and keep it on hand. Details changed after agreed on. We had issues with our flight and ended up 2 days late and I kept in contact with Eric. It was 2 AM when we arrived and he met us at the property and showed us around (not prompted to) and made us show him we knew how to flush the toilet and where pots and pans were (its a tiny cabin!) and then charged us a late check in fee (this was NOT in the ad when I booked) There are a LOT of stairs to get to the cabin. You are charged for water (can't drink the water there) and for the cannoe and any other supplies at the cabin.

This place was perfect for our ski trip to Jay Peak. There are a lot of stairs to get to the cottage but it's cozy and well equipped. My son and I stayed for two nights and got a bunch of snow during the second night.

Very small place but perfectly sufficient and intimate for me and my gf. The lake was feet from our housing; beautiful and large to explore. Eric seemed real nice, and although there was little cellular on location, he was relatively easy to reach via wifi.

Property uses an incinerator toilet which has a long cycle, especially. if you use it before you go to bed. It vibrates and if you are a light sleeper this will impact your stay. Make sure to purchase a gallon of water before you come. Water is not potable and purchasing water for a dollar a drinking bottle will be expensive.

The teeny tiny cottage came equipped with everything I could have possibly needed for a quiet off the grid weekend away by myself! Eric was incredibly kind and helpful. There are ring cameras on the property which helped me feel safe as I was traveling alone. The lake is beautiful and the cottage was just perfect. I can’t wait to go back.

Just beautiful right on the lake edge. The host Eric is super nice and keeps the little place spotless and has everything you need!! Very organized and comfortable. Enjoy!

We enjoyed the tranquility and Eric was a very pleasant host. The cottage is very complete everything you need. Bed was comfortable and cottage was very clean. We should have noticed the stairs to the cottage too many for our age.

Honestly the stay was fantastic! It was cozy, clean, and offered everything we needed for our short stay in the area. Eric made sure to give us the rundown on what we needed to know and had no communication issues. And while the place may be teeny tiny, that doesn’t diminish from the stay and experience; made for a perfect place to unwind after a day out and about. Definitely recommend!

The owner thought about every details of the tiny house. It has everything for living just like a regular house. The location is perfect for a adventure in Vermont, or just enjoy the stay at the beautiful lake Eden. It's not for people with difficulty of climbing ladder and stairs. But it's not an issue for us. The climbing makes it more adventures for us. The owner is closeby and pleasant to work with and very handy.

The owner thought about every details of the tiny house. It has everything for living just like a regular house. Description was as described. Very tiny, tiny house. It worked fine for us and the view was worth the size. Communication was good, host was pleasant. As I told the host, my only suggestion is to remove the large counter and put in a tiny sofa. Thank you.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Eric was so helpful and accommodating. The property is exactly as described so you know what you are getting going in. Perfect for my wife and I as we really just needed a place to sleep and relax after a day of sight seeing and shopping. I would go back. If you have difficulty climbing a ladder I would not recommend staying as the bedroom is accessed via a very steep ladder. That said the ladder is solid, safe and easy to climb if you are able bodied.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Eric was so helpful and accommodating. The property is exactly as described so you know what you are getting going in. Perfect for my wife and I as we really just needed a place to sleep and relax after a day of sight seeing and shopping. I would go back. A fantastic property, and a wonderful place to get away from the grind of daily life. 5 Star stay!!! I highly, highly recommend staying at this beautiful tiny cottage right on Lake Eden. Simply perfect! Every basic necessity packed into an adorable little cottage with stunning lake views! You will also love your host Eric. 5 Star stay!!! I highly, highly recommend staying at this beautiful tiny cottage right on Lake Eden. Simply perfect! Every basic necessity packed into an adorable little cottage with stunning lake views! You will also love your host Eric. He was very accommodating, thoughtful, and thorough in making sure I had everything I needed for a fabulous stay! I will definitely be back!

This place was perfect for our ski trip to Jay Peak. There are a lot of stairs to get to the cottage but it's cozy and well equipped. My son and I stayed for two nights and got a bunch of snow during the second night.

Perfect little hideaway to ride out a record-dumping spring snowstorm. Location halfway between Stowe and Jay Peak, easy access, amenities nearby. Lovely setting, quiet. Eric was a congenial and helpful host. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely little cottage RIGHT on the water. The only complaint I have is the bedding could be updated ( stains on comforter). Otherwise a special little place.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Teeny Tiny Cottage. It is a beautiful and very quiet location. It is a convenient drive to all the wonderful sights in and around Stowe. Eric was a wonderful and informative host. If you are looking for a quaint and nice place to stay (no frills), this is the place for you!

Our stay in the teeny tiny cabin was nothing short of spectacular! Conveniently located around a number skiing locales, my wife and I believe we found the perfect place to stay for our future ski weekends. The location was perfect; centrally located to all we wanted to explore. The lake was so peaceful and calm and we enjoyed sitting on the deck. Eric was a wonderful host and gave us great recommendations. We hope to be back!

Very cool place! The lake and stars are beautiful. I recommend going for a walk on the gravel road, we saw loons and a beaver swimming.The owner gives very thorough instructions and there are signs posted to help visitors know what to do. Safety is also considered as there are two ring cameras on both doors of the residence facing towards the entrance and the dock.The toilet is something to consider, especially if you are sensitive to smoke smells. However, everything worked as described. The toilet was actually easier to use than it seemed.Overall, it was a unique and functional place in a gorgeous setting.

Had a great stay at the tiny cottage. This place may not be for everyone, but it is definitely for some of us. Cottage jas everything you will need for the stay. The owner takes pride in his place and wonderful with any communication and give a great welcoming greet and tour. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if i am in the area.
