Isla Verde Beachfront Retreat with parking

The property was exactly as listed. The rooms were clean and spacious. Beautiful views, the building/common areas were very clean and quiet. The second bath is tiny, barely room to turn. Just something to consider if the second bathroom will need to be used.

The building is old but well maintained. The pool pictured was under construction and the host had made no arrangements for use of other pools in the area. If we wanted to use a pool we had to purchase a resort pass which start at about 100 per person per day. The condo was as pictured and the bedrooms, living room and kitchen were clean. The bathrooms were in need of renovation. You have to turn off the AC unit to sit on the deck as it was oppressively loud when it is on. Overall the condo worked out well my family. It is very close to the airport and we enjoyed watching the planes, but it was loud at times.

We loved our stay at the beachfront jewel at ESJ towers, Isla Verde. The unit was clean, exactly as described with all the basics we needed. We appreciated having the cooler and beach towels available. The location was convenient and easy and we loved that it was right on the beach.

It think I should have being inf. about the NO checking needed. The front desk and this is what we where told. The second bathroom is a job: the toilet is behind the door, the shower is so small and the water hits you in the face. We couldn't used this bathroom at all. The master bedroom shower had tub and the floor was slippery. The toilet did not flush properly. New new pots & pan.

The condo worked for our needs, having a base in San Juan while we explored different areas nearby. The description of the condo is fairly accurate. When I read reviews I want information that can help me manage my expectations, these were the points that stood out for us:Pros - Good location for walking to restaurants.The beach is behind the building, very close.The balcony is usable and you can see the ocean, good for sunrise.Both bedrooms are a nice size.Communication with host was good.Elevators are in good working order and fast.Designated parking was great.We only cooked breakfast in the condo and had what we needed to do so.There are beach chairs and an umbrella available for use.It’s nice to have access to the workout room. What we didn’t care for:2nd bathroom is small, as stated in description. There aren’t any hooks or working outlets. I brought my own hook for the bath towel that we used when showering.The airport is very close by; the plane noise during the week wasn’t too bad but increased during the weekend.Gate to beach access closed at 7 pm, no after dinner walks.The pool wasn’t open.The air conditional on the balcony is loud and hot. We turned off the air when using the balcony.
