Clean and updated. Great neighborhood close to the airport and quiet. I left some belongings behind and the host safely set it aside for me. Forever thankful!

The place is advertised as a 3 person accommodation. Expedia will show the same price wether it is for 1 guest or 3 (just verified by booking again for 2 and 3 people). I got hit for an extra charge for a 3rd person after deciding to bring my kid over since there was an "extra" bed for a third person. You will get charged by person per night. Arrived late at night and tried parking close to the entrance so I wouldn't make any noise while I unloaded and was promptly called by the owner to move the car. You will be under constant surveillance from the moment you park.

The place was clean, close to airport and Old San Juan. Easy to find and in a quiet residential area. The host was very informative on how to get into place!
