Perfekte Wohnung. Sehr schön eingerichtet , sehr sauber. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt (und mehr). Der Blick über den Golf von Papagayo und die Sonnenuntergänge sind spektakulär. Ilya ist ein phantastischer Gastgeber, die Wohnungsübergabe war sehr detailliert. Er hat bis zur Funktion der Waschmaschine und des Trockners alles erklärt und uns anschließend noch durch die Anlage geführt. Da er gleich in der Nähe wohnt kam er bei Fragen sofort vorbei. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Ilya, the host, was so helpful, even before we arrived, sending us links and ideas of what to do and where to eat, etc. The condo was in such a great location, minutes walk from coco beach and many shops and restaurants and so centralized to visit tons of other beautiful beaches. Close proximity to do tours and visit other areas. The condo itself had everything you could possibly need. It was a gorgeous condo and has amazing views from each balcony, especially sunset views. The grounds were immaculate and had beautiful pools. Highly recommend staying in this condo. We felt like we were home!

Host was kind and accommodating. The condo was clean and in a really good area. Couldn’t recommend any more than I possibly could.

The unit was in great shape and fully stocked with everything you could need. It was very clean as well. Both bedrooms have views of the ocean. The property is also well maintained with good parking and the pools are also in good repair. I would definitely stay there again. Worth special mention is the property manager, Ilya. He was the best vacation rental manager I have met. He communicated very well - responsive, courteous, honest, and had a lot of information about local sites and activities,

Place was very clean. Excellent communication. My kids loved all the pools around.
