Very clean condo with secure parking. The parking alone makes this place a great choice. Safe area that is easy walking distance to everything near by. We were in town to see our Mid for the weekend and the walk to gate 1 is a straight shot and less than a mile. Very responsive owners who left great directions which made the check-in and check-out a breeze. Would stay again and recommend to others.

The condo was in excellent condition. The property is on the periphery of the Historic District. The City Dock, Naval Academy and State House are all within walking distance. The on-site parking and balcony are definite plusses.

Beautiful property with a great location to downtown and easy access to shuttle service. Well maintained and safe security setup. The only information I would pass along that is not provided by the property owners outstanding welcome letter is the onsite parking will not accommodate any truck, SUV, or large vehicle. We needed to park offsite at public pay parking and walk about a block. Definitely will stay there again.

Our accommodations were very clean. We’re 4 Senior Citizens using canes so we were thankful for the elevator and the parking spot in the garage. We did feel that the bathrooms were lacking in facilities to hang robes, clothing and wet towels and wash cloths. In the second bathroom it was difficult to get into the tub to shower because there were no safety rails. The beds were very comfortable and we made good use of the ceiling fans. The entrance into and out of the garage was difficulty to maneuver due to the steepness of the ramp. The location of the condo in Annapolis was very good, we were close to Church Circle and the stops for the Purple Bus. We were able to get around nicely. We appreciated The willingness of the owner to let us in early on arrival due to the terrible weather.

We have stayed in this building 3 times, and the location and the set up of the units are excellent. The complex is safe, quiet and is in a great location. It also is very accessible for handicap and having a secure parking spot is advantageous.

Very clean! Great place! Little cafe downstairs for coffee and pastries in the morning. We enjoyed the deck looking out to the street and it comes with a parking spot. Most excellent! Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Naval Academy walking distance as well. Great for those that do not navigate stairs well and a walk-in shower! My in-laws are in their mid-eighties and the property worked well.

The condo was superb! It is bigger than it looks in the pictures, and the location can't be beat! The building is lovely, very nicely maintained and very secure. The underground parking was really a bonus! The condo was beautiful, the beds were comfortable and we loved the extra large master bathroom! Communication was easy and efficient (I loved the app to unlock and lock the door). We hope to stay again in the future!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Roger and Marcia’s home in Annapolis! We were celebrating our wedding anniversary so we asked for an early check in and they happily allowed us to do so. The communication from Marcia and Roger was excellent from start to finish. They responded quickly and gave clear and concise instructions on the check in and out process. The home itself is absolutely gorgeous! It was spotless, incredibly maintained and has high end finishes. The location is awesome, it is within walking distance to pretty much anything you’d want to do in Annapolis. We would 100% stay here again on our next visit! Thank you Marcia and Roger!

The property was well appointed and very secure. It was a plus for us because it’s not a pet friendly space as we tend to look for non-pet friendly lodging. The lodging was very clean and had everything that we needed. We were very close to everything and could walk to various places in the area if needed. Also not far from ISNA. If you plan to cook, the pots and pans aren’t the best but they will serve their purpose. We did encounter residents who stayed there and they were very friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the space did not disappoint. We would definitely book again.

This condo was perfect for our weekend in Annapolis. It was nice to park the car and walk everywhere! Close to downtown and all the shops/restaurants as well as the Naval Academy. Communication with the host was great. Check in was easy and condo is super cute, clean and was nicely appointed. We would certainly consider staying here again.

The condo was beautiful and clean! Everything we could need was available in the unit. The location was fantastic. Just a short walk to everything downtown. The coffee shop right under the condo was amazing! The owners were very attentive and accommodating! Would highly recommend.

Chip's place is very well located on West Street. We stayed over Christmas and it was easy to walk to my sister's house on Spa View and super nice to be above the top-notch coffee and baked goods at Curate. The place is perfectly laid out for two people/couples to each have their own space and bathroom.

This was the perfect 2BR/2BA condo for me and my colleague during our work trip. Incredibly comfortable, great bedrooms and bathrooms, and extremely convenient location. Owners were great with communication and what to know! Would definitely stay here again!

I love the location of the condo. It was in the downtown district of Annapolis. It can be a bit noisy, especially when you’re trying to sleep. If you like quietness while sleeping, this is not the place for you. I’m a city girl so I’m used to the noise. There are lots of coffee shops, bars and restaurants you can go to within walking distance. The condo was clean had everything I needed and the perk was a garage. Yes, I would definitely stay there again..

The apartment looks good. But just try to find an outlet that works to charge your electronics (iPad and phone). And the light switches to no where. And a floor lamp that's not plugged in because there's no outlet close enough. The second and smaller bedroom had no ventilation. If you're noise sensitive, the slamming of doors and the thumping neighbor upstairs will drive you crazy. The chandelier in the living room would suddenly go off and the wall switch wouldn't work. We were not told where to find the remote. All the high tech access was above our pay grade. And on checkout morning, the elevator wasn't working. That was fun for 2 women over 80. But the location was great - near wonderful restaurants and the free shuttle. The shuttle we had to learn about on our own.

Great place to stay in Annapolis! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, spacious and had everything you need. The location was ideal (walkable to town and many restaurants and shops, but in a quieter area than near the dock).

It was spotless, incredibly maintained and has high end finishes. The location is awesome, it is within walking distance to pretty much anything you’d want to do in Annapolis. We would 100% stay here again on our next visit! Thank you Marcia and Roger!

The owner responded to emails promptly- the place was extremely clean and well decorated. The amount of extras was amazing- hair dryers, steamers, free coffee, soaps, paper towels, etc. thank you!

This cute condo is as pictured; charming and clean. Nice bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Great location. Loved the parking ease as well. Host was very receptive and flexible with my arrival/departure times.Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

The condo was superb! It is bigger than it looks in the pictures, and the location can't be beat! The building is lovely, very nicely maintained and very secure. The underground parking was really a bonus! The condo was beautiful, the beds were comfortable and we loved the extra large master bathroom! Communication was easy and efficient (I loved the app to unlock and lock the door). We hope to stay again in the future!

This condo was perfect for our weekend in Annapolis. It was nice to park the car and walk everywhere! Close to downtown and all the shops/restaurants as well as the Naval Academy. Communication with the host was great. Check in was easy and condo is super cute, clean and was nicely appointed. We would certainly consider staying here again.

The condo was beautiful and clean! Everything we could need was available in the unit. The location was fantastic. Just a short walk to everything downtown. The coffee shop right under the condo was amazing! The owners were very attentive and accommodating! Would highly recommend.

Chip's place is very well located on West Street. We stayed over Christmas and it was easy to walk to my sister's house on Spa View and super nice to be above the top-notch coffee and baked goods at Curate. The place is perfectly laid out for two people/couples to each have their own space and bathroom.

Perfect central, safe, well-appointed home in Annapolis! We loved being a quick and walkable jaunt from the waterfront and all downtown offers. The building was new and felt very safe for two female travelers. Being just above Curate was a bonus for a yummy latte! I would recommend this beautiful home for all that it has to offer and the ease of check-in and check-out. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Very clean condo with secure parking. The parking alone makes this place a great choice. Safe area that is easy walking distance to everything near by. We were in town to see our Mid for the weekend and the walk to gate 1 is a straight shot and less than a mile. Very responsive owners who left great directions which made the check-in and check-out a breeze. Would stay again and recommend to others.

The condo was in excellent condition. The property is on the periphery of the Historic District. The City Dock, Naval Academy and State House are all within walking distance. The on-site parking and balcony are definite plusses.

I love the location of the condo. It was in the downtown district of Annapolis. It can be a bit noisy, especially when you’re trying to sleep. If you like quietness while sleeping, this is not the place for you. I’m a city girl so I’m used to the noise. There are lots of coffee shops, bars and restaurants you can go to within walking distance. The condo was clean had everything I needed and the perk was a garage. Yes, I would definitely stay there again..

Great place to stay in Annapolis! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, spacious and had everything you need. The location was ideal (walkable to town and many restaurants and shops, but in a quieter area than near the dock).

We loved our time in Annapolis and the condo was exactly what we were looking for. It’s walking distance to most anything you want to do. Great proximity to the Naval Academy in case you want to visit. Only suggestions would be that it could use a new coffee maker, as the Kurig leaked water onto the counter. Otherwise it was a great spot!

The property was well appointed and very secure. It was a plus for us because it’s not a pet friendly space as we tend to look for non-pet friendly lodging. The lodging was very clean and had everything that we needed. We were very close to everything and could walk to various places in the area if needed. Also not far from ISNA. If you plan to cook, the pots and pans aren’t the best but they will serve their purpose. We did encounter residents who stayed there and they were very friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the space did not disappoint. We would definitely book again.

Very clean! Great place! Little cafe downstairs for coffee and pastries in the morning. We enjoyed the deck looking out to the street and it comes with a parking spot. Most excellent! Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Naval Academy walking distance as well. Great for those that do not navigate stairs well and a walk-in shower! My in-laws are in their mid-eighties and the property worked well.

The apartment looks good. But just try to find an outlet that works to charge your electronics (iPad and phone). And the light switches to no where. And a floor lamp that's not plugged in because there's no outlet close enough. The second and smaller bedroom had no ventilation. If you're noise sensitive, the slamming of doors and the thumping neighbor upstairs will drive you crazy. The chandelier in the living room would suddenly go off and the wall switch wouldn't work. We were not told where to find the remote. All the high tech access was above our pay grade. And on checkout morning, the elevator wasn't working. That was fun for 2 women over 80. But the location was great - near wonderful restaurants and the free shuttle. The shuttle we had to learn about on our own.

We have stayed in this building 3 times, and the location and the set up of the units are excellent. The complex is safe, quiet and is in a great location. It also is very accessible for handicap and having a secure parking spot is advantageous.
