Property including parking garage was immaculate. Unit much smaller than we expected, especially for 2 couples. Excellent location with several restaurants nearby. Host & manager very responsive to questions & needs. Only issue, persistent roach infestation which had been addressed.

Cozy, great accommodation, great location,,closed to shopping mall, walkable to MOA and rooms is good for 4 people, building staffs are very helpful and welcoming. It’s a home away from home!

The place was great I liked it

I book this for my in-laws and they liked it. However, the six days that they were there, they became uncomfortable due to little baby cockroaches that they saw inside the unit. I told my in-laws to washed all of the utensils, cups, and plates or whatever they needed for cooking before using it. My in-laws loved the unit, but it just came short due to roaches. This is a health hazard and if the unit is infested, imagine the other units too. Also, I told my in-laws that the source of those roaches was probably not even from the unit itself, but rather from the other units. This I can’t justify, but it is possible. Overall, the unit was clean, but the roaches did not make my in-laws stays at ease. However, it was an easy check in and out. I will definitely not choose this Residence again in the near future.
