This cabin is right on the Little River. It is on a quiet bend in the river, which we loved. We saw and heard lots of wildlife. If you have children with you they will not be able to access the river from the house, but you can get in the river just up the road at the Townsend Y. We liked that it was so private yet close to everything we needed. The house was clean and well furnished, we had everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this cabin for peace and quiet. We will be returning next year!
This cabin is right on the Little River. It is on a quiet bend in the river, which we loved. We saw and heard lots of wildlife. If you have children with you they will not be able to access the river from the house, but you can get in the river just up the road at the Townsend Y. I would highly recommend this cabin for peace and quiet. We will be returning next year!

Very tranquil and relaxing getaway. Stocked well, clean, lots of amenities. A little challenging to navigate into the river but found a very cool cave about 30 feet up directly across from the cabin.

Great location just far enough away from everything so that you can enjoy the wildlife and relaxation! Took a little drive to explore the areas around; Cades Cove, Ober Mountain, Pigeon Forge, and Maryville, but very happy to get back to the quiet cabin and sit on the porch and listen to the water flow by while the geese and otters visited. There weren’t many fish in the river at the time of our visit, but it seems there may be more at different times of the year according to the Little River stocking schedule.
