The directions and check in was super easy with our preferred contact through texting. When we checked in to the property, we noticed right away it had not been cleaned. Our contact with the management company got back to us right away and gave us several options. We opted to move to a clean property just down the street at he Anchorage House. It was a beautiful home just down the street, super convenient to downtown with full amenities in the kitchen. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. It has plenty of parking and a nice outdoor space with a patio table. Great jumping off spot to all the wineries in the area, Pacific War Museum and all Fredericksburg has to offer.

Beautiful house perfect for a stay in Fredericksburg

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is darling and is very close to Main. Upon opening the house the first time, there was a strong Smokey/musty smell. We aired it out. Each time we entered it was the same. Kitchen is well equiped. Bathrooms are well appointed. We ran out of toilet paper and per towels (half roll), they were quick to bring more. Very nice stay with gals from church.
