House was very nice. Well stocked except for toilet paper. Be sure and bring extra. Did contact owner to see if it was stored somewhere else. Cleaning crew only left one extra roll per bathroom. Not quite enough for a party of 6 for 4 days. Ice maker not working either. Other than that it was very nice. Good location. Very comfortable. Would rent again.

Had a great stay! The house was in a perfect location and had plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 high school kids. The main reason we booked this location was to visit Stetson University. We were close to beaches, shopping and Orlando. Highly recommend and can’t wait to stay again.

The house was very inviting, comfortable, clean and spacious for our family of 5. Host was super friendly, easy and clear check in and out directions too. The pool was a great addition. The house literally had everything we needed and more!

The pool is not heated so it was too cold to swim. I was able to hang out in it for about 5 minutes before I couldn't take it much longer. I didn't have the door code when first arrived and it took a little bit to get that door code number. The house was clean but not perfect.. but for what I wanted that weekend, it was a great house and a great location.
