Fantastic accommodation. Brilliant location, modern, clean, well appointed home. Comfortable beds, lovely linen, great shower, warm and cosy and everything you could possible need in the kitchen to create and serve a super dinner if you were in the mood to cook. Property in a great location to take in magnificent panoramic ocean views from the comfort of the Lounge and front decking. We loved having breakfast in the cleverly designed dinning area also taking in the ocean views. Pantry and kitchen supplies were extremely well stocked. I would rate this property a 6 star rating even though I could only go up to a 5 star. Thank you Linda for a memorable stay.

Delightful house with gorgeous view of the Bass Strait and just a couple of minutes walk down steps to the beach. The house is exceptionally well equipped with everything you could want or need. Extremely quiet location and Seekers cafe is a stone’s throw away - coffee/breakfast/lunch (+ cakes and muffins). Linda (the property manager) is great to deal with. Highly recommended for a quiet holiday or weekend break.

We stay at Summer House at least once a year. Beautiful view, house has all you need, fenced yard and a short walk to the beach for our puppies. Best beach in Aus, worth the drive to relax and unwind at Boat Harbour.

The location of the house is gorgeous. The front deck and back decks have excellent views of Bass Strait and Boat Harbour. The house is clean, comfortable and really well equipped. The appliances are really good. We are regulars and are looking forward to next year’s stay already.

The property is very comfortable, clean and well thought out. The living area, deck and kitchen are all great spots for whale and dolphin watching! Also only a one min walk to the beach. Very helpful owners too! Very happy with our stay, thank you 😊.

What a gorgeous spot with the most stunning views out across the beach and sea. Very comfortable sofas and beds and had everything our little family needed for our stay. Communication with the owner was fantastic, we had an issue arise and they dealt with it very professionally and swiftly. Highly recommended.

This a beautiful and well appointed holiday home with a spectacular view of boat harbour bay. Everything you could possibly want for a few days or a week away. 1 minute walk to the beach, 5 mins from a coffee shop/cafe. Has an addition there is a fully self contained apartment downstairs if you have 6 people. Our teenage kids loved the self contained space. Couldn’t recommend this home highly enough. In addition Linda was great to deal with. Thank you.

The location of the house is gorgeous. The front deck and back decks have excellent views of Bass Strait and Boat Harbour. The house is clean, comfortable and really well equipped. The appliances are really good. We are regulars and are looking forward to next year’s stay already.

Property in a great location to take in magnificent panoramic ocean views from the comfort of the Lounge and front decking. We loved having breakfast in the cleverly designed dinning area also taking in the ocean views. Pantry and kitchen supplies were extremely well stocked. I would rate this property a 6 star rating even though I could only go up to a 5 star. Thank you Linda for a memorable stay.

Delightful house with gorgeous view of the Bass Strait and just a couple of minutes walk down steps to the beach. The house is exceptionally well equipped with everything you could want or need. Extremely quiet location and Seekers cafe is a stone’s throw away - coffee/breakfast/lunch (+ cakes and muffins). Linda (the property manager) is great to deal with. Highly recommended for a quiet holiday or weekend break.

This a beautiful and well appointed holiday home with a spectacular view of boat harbour bay. Everything you could possibly want for a few days or a week away. 1 minute walk to the beach, 5 mins from a coffee shop/cafe. Has an addition there is a fully self contained apartment downstairs if you have 6 people. Our teenage kids loved the self contained space. Couldn’t recommend this home highly enough. In addition Linda was great to deal with. Thank you.

We had an excellent short holiday at Summer House in Boat Harbour. The house was all that the pictures had shown on the website. Lovely!The environment was quiet and private and close to a great cafe and beach.We would recommend this home for all wishing to have an enjoyable holiday.Our hostess was friendly and helpful.What more could you want.
