The apartment was well appointed and maintained, and within easy walking distance of the Capitole, a grocery and lots of great restaurants and tourist sites. Sarah was very quick to respond to questions. We'd rent here again in a heartbeat!

Great location, clean, with parking space, but at check in, there were no blankets on the beds, only sheets. There was no proper hand soap, kitchen soap, paper towels, clean kitchen sponge, or tea towel. We were not able to reach anyone by phone, text, or through the website until they called back the next morning. So we both were very cold through the night and did not sleep. They did bring over everything requested and put comforters in the duvet covers on the beds the next day, but did not apologize. The rest of our 4 day stay there was great, as it is a great unit. Make sure you are able to reach someone live when you are checking in.

We enjoyed our stay, and appreciated the double-locked building entry, comfortable furnishings, communications provided by host, and location near Capitol and Basilique Saint-Sernin de Toulouse. It was great to be close to many area activities and to have the option for off street parking. We stayed with three adults (me, my husband, my 70 year old mother) and 12-yr old son and were comfortable. We really enjoyed the open balcony seating in the afternoons. I did not provide 5-star based on minor points related to our group needs: 1) it was challenging to coordinate multiple people coming and going from the apartment with only one key - for example my mother and I wanted to go to museums and shopping in the afternoon, but my husband and son wanted to go to the park. Rather than returning individually at our leisure we had to remain vigilant of each others activities ensure access to single key. Options for a second key would be better for groups; 2) There were noisy (university?) parties in the building that kept our group awake. We expected noise on a Saturday night - which was not a problem, but the parties were loudest on a Tuesday night until after midnight. University dance parties on the neighboring floor may be fun for others, but singing, music, and door slamming was much less enjoyable at 12:30am before an early morning departure for airport. This is not the owners fault, but may be helpful for renters to know that proximity to university means that after-hours student activities may be going on in the building - that could either be a good thing or a bad thing depending on your needs!
